The Space:

Easy access to everything in the Big Easy. Our guests rave about the convenience and walkability score of this sparkling clean, brand new 3bd/2.5ba house in a beautiful, pedestrian/bike friendly mid-city neighborhood! Stroll to grocery stores, markets, boutiques, incredible restaurants, and local bars.

But convenience isn’t the only highlight of this gorgeous super-sanitized space! It has everything you could want in a vacation rental home. The interior is fresh, crisp, modern, white, set off by select vibrant accents from tasteful mardi-gras themed wall art and decor.

The stylish white gourmet kitchen features white counters, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher and is fully-stocked with dishware, utensils, coffee station, etc. The counter-height dining table has four bar stools. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with space for additional seating.

The living area has a small coffee table and comfy leather sectional sofa where you can relax to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix & included WiFi.

The three spacious bedrooms each have a dreamy queen bed, room darkening shades, bureau/closet and storage space. The sparkling clean bathrooms feature shower/bath combo, gorgeous white granite vanities, large mirrors and plenty of under-vanity storage space. Bathroom #2 features a divine garden tub ideal for soaking and taking it easy after a day of adventures in the big easy. This home also features a laundry area with washer/dryer.

Need groceries? Whole Foods is across the street. Don't forget to walk over to Banks Street Bar & Grill for some local live music. Looking for some late night fun on Bourbon Street or Frenchmen? You're in luck! You're 5 minutes away!

This extremely pedestrian & bike friendly neighborhood also has plenty of outdoor recreational space, with quick access to City Park, Bayou St. John, New Orleans Museum of Art, Fairgrounds, and the Lafitte Greenway. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.



Getting Around:

Most of the Mid-City area is walking distance to the Canal Streetcar line. It's extremely pedestrian-friendly and bike-friendly. The Lafitte Greenway provides a safe bike and pedestrian corridor connecting to the French Quarter, as does the streetcar, which you are a block away from. You can also easily and cheaply uber or lyft anywhere in the city!
