We live here in NOLA. The space was an escape from the typical city life. Very clean. Looks like pictures. The hosts were great and accommodating. We had a great time in the pool.

Tulane Grad

The place was great! I had lots of family members that flew down for my son’s graduation. The property was clean with everything we needed. Plenty of couch space to sit and chat as well as hang out in the pool. The pool was right outside the back door and very private. The neighborhood was off of a busy street but once through the gate it was quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Perfect spot

We stayed during Jazzfest and it was perfect. Only a few blocks from Frenchmen. House was solid with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with manager/owner was quick and on point. Thank you!

Great for large groups

The house is great for large groups! The surrounding area isn't the best, but we always felt safe when walking in our larger group and the double point of entry (gate & door) made us feel completely safe. Some of the higher kitchen shelves were very dusty but everything else was SUPER clean. There was a slight musty smell when we first got there, but after running the AC at a lower temp for an hour or 2 the smell went away. The host went above and beyond for us, answering very promptly and even dropped off batteries and extra coffee when we called out that we needed them. House was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and all linens seemed very very clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing trip!

Celebrated a 50th bday with a group of 14 - this house was perfect! There was plenty of spaces for all us to have our own rooms but also hang out together. The kitchen was open and big with everything we needed including a giant table that we all were able to sit down one night for a fun home cooked meal. The house is walking distance to all the main tourist spots including restaurants and some fun bars. Would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful stay for Large Group

It was absolutely amazing! the property was clean and a hidden oasis. The pool was perfectly heated to be refreshing. The only that would have made it a smidge better was if there was a grill in the backyard

Plenty of space for our large family

PROS: This property is very spacious. As advertised there were 8 bedrooms & 5 nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved the openness of this property with the large dining room table, kitchen island & living room. My family enjoyed the pool. CON: A few of the comforter sets & mattress covers had stains on them which make them appear dirty. We washed them & determined that those stains were permanent. We would recommend purchasing new sets & covers just so renters will not think the same thing we did.

Great space for large groups!

My 13 friends and I loved the house! Communication with Craig and Trevor was easy and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in and a pack and play for the infant. The house was exactly like the pictures and we loved that there was an open space for the whole group to enjoy together, as well as the pool. It’s an easy walk to Frenchmen St (which we enjoyed more than Bourbon St anyways). Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Nola!

Family reunion

Our family needed an eight-bedroom house for our New Orleans holiday gathering. This place fit us perfectly, a peaceful retreat within the big city. Weather was too cold for swimming, but we enjoyed looking out at our own private garden. Used the kitchen for many meals in, and walked to the French Quarter for food, music, and entertainment. Best walking route to the French Quarter was via Frenchman Street. Also close to bus route, which we used as well. Host was responsive, check-in simple. Thanks!

Lovely spot!

We absolutely loved the space! The open floor plan and ease of access was amazing. We had a big group coming in for my birthday and we loved how we were all able to have our own space but also convene in the spacious common areas if we wanted to. Amenities were superb and we loved the area. Excellent stay, thank you!

Fantastic Property for a Large Group

We had a large group of 17 people go to New Orleans to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and this property was PERFECT for our group! We loved the design, cleanliness, and layout of the property, especially that so many of the rooms had their own bathrooms. The pool is completely private in the backyard with tall walls and beautiful greenery surrounding the pool. Craig was fantastic as well and responded quickly to any questions. We asked for a checkout one hour later and he check with the cleaning company and got back to us quickly, which greatly helped our plans for that day and airport arrangements. We would definitely stay there again if we have a large group!

Great location close to everything

Overall it was a great stay. Close to everything area outside was a little sketchy but not bad. The unit was beautiful comfy and private and we loved the private pool. We will definitely stay there again.

Extended weekend.

Had a great stay at this property. Lots of room for everyone. Pool / patio was a nice space to relax. Walked almost everywhere. Property manager was extremely responsive and quick to help when we needed extra supplies.

Great for a business retreat!

The place is spectacular- great layout and huge spaces. It's downtown NOLA and the neighborhood is urban. However we really enjoyed the area and it was close to EVERYTHING. We will stay again in the future. The host checked on us multiple times during the stay, and even let us stop by before check-in to drop some bags and check the kitchen amenities.
