From the moment I drove into this neighborhood, I knew I was in for a nightmare. It’s a rough area, overflowing with drug activity—from drug hustling right outside to suspicious people lurking behind a plaza and staring into our windows.Upon entering the home, I was hit with a wave of filth. There was trash, dirty furniture, and the cheapest furnishings. The remotes had no batteries, there were juice stains on the walls, and the sheets hadn’t been washed in ages. The host was very unhelpful. The pillows were disgusting, packed with dirt and dust. The floor was sticky, and the house was shared with others, separated by flimsy doors. There was even a dangerous drawstring in the ceiling, allowing others access—what a safety hazard!The host catfished with pictures that looked nothing like the actual place. This host is driven by greed—I never stayed a day in the house and yet they still wanted to keep all my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this home or any other properties he may rent. The decor is horrendous, cleaning is nonexistent, and the neighborhood? Terrible. The sidewalk is crumbling, and parking is a chaotic mess—first-come, first-served due to other tenants. This was the worst place I’ve ever rented. We even found roaches crawling around. It’s a catfish location using false pictures. Stay away! Dangerous neighborhood! Someone even drove up to my sister, telling her to get out. They also have another location on Martin Luther King Drive! Stay far away!!!
