Great value, clean and pleasant hotel
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The gym was also clean and cool. No free breakfast, however. The hotel is a bit far from downtown (we definitely needed a car).

The pool and garden area was very nice to hang out at both during the day and night. The staff was very helpful in supporting us with the TVs in the lobby to enjoy the hockey playoff games

We were there for 2 nights and housekeeping didn't come at all to clean the room. We didn't have clean towels or coffee restocked for the second morning. Also we weren't told where to get breakfast that we paid extra for so we weren't able to use that benefit. When we checked I. We were told about the coffee shop, but you had to pay for the coffee and the food. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was great. Other than housekeeping and breakfast it wasn't bad.

So so for a Courtyard
My king bed sagged in the middle and thus I slept terribly. I asked the next day to get a new room and even though the new mattress was much better there was a cup of beer and cigarettes in the cup with a towel that they never picked up. There was not much around and definitely nothing in walking distance.

the staff are wonderful but there were very few amenities, no shower cap, lotion. . the only small place for breakfast is overpriced for the location. it was understaffed, the wait long, yet the staff are very accommodating, i’ve had oatmeal at the Ritz Carlton for less. noticed the windows were filthy . overall an uncomfortable stay except for the pleasant and friendly staff.

I booked this room at the last minute on 9/28 for my parents who are 78 and 80 years old. We drove from 8 hours away the day before to move me to New Orleans for a new job that starts next week. They helped me move into my new place all day and were so exhausted; I couldn't allow them to sleep on an air mattress at the end of such a long day. I called the front desk to make sure the staff knew who was checking in and explained to the staff member who answered the phone (Christina?) who would be checking in and why, she said she would be sure to take care of them - and she did! They had lovely things to say about how she treated them. The only drawback was the lack of a decent breakfast at the hotel. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was good. We even took the opportunity to eat at the little grill and the food was pretty good. I was a little disheartened they were not open all day and had no option for lunch. Also, there was only one person there. She did amazing though while servicing 7 plus people alone. I had requested extra pillows on the reaervation and did not get those. When we got to the room we requested an extra blanket too but it took 3 times requesting and finally going to the desk to get it. The place was very clean and comfortable tho

Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. My biggest complaint would probably be that the shower had absolutely no water pressure. Our room felt very humid, almost damp feeling. They do have a coffee shop but it isn’t open very long, just a few hours in the morning time.

This hotel is a great option if you’re looking to be close to the city but not downtown. Everything was 9 to 10 minutes away. Near many restaurants, Lakeside mall, etc. Very convenient!!
