Family vacation/birthday celebration

Our family stayed at this property and we really liked the accommodations. We had two issues, first was we had a two bedroom apt and the bedrooms were upstairs and we didn’t realize that when we booked. The stairs are winding and my 80yr old mother had a hard time navigating those stairs. Anyone that can’t climb stairs should stay in this apt. We ended up moving to a penthouse 3bedroom apt which was lovely! It gave us more room for our family. The host was very accommodating, however we had to pay an additional cleaning fee on top of additional cost to move into one of their penthouse apt. We would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended it to a couple of friends who are planning on coming in the fall.

This VRBO had everything we wanted and nothing that we didn’t want

We love the accommodations. The place was clean and immaculately decorated, with all the extras you could want. The property management staff were excellent about communication. The location is wonderful, everything about it was wonderful!

Lovely property

Had a great time. Apartment was very clean and well taken care of. The spiral stairs (extra tall) were a challenge for my 5 year old and I’m not sure she could have handled it any younger, but it worked out fine.

Favorite Parade Location

What an excellent property ! My wife and I stayed as this location is near our Mardi Gras parade route for pickup and drop off after our parade. It is walking distance to the CBD and French Quarter. We had a great stay, the only issue was running out of hot water during showers. We also stopped by the restaurant downstairs and had great cocktails on our way out for dinners. The balconies are great however the weather did not comply during our stay to use them more. Will return to this property in the future.

A very nice 2-level condo on a quiet street near the convention center. A couple of restaurants and the Riverwalk mall nearby. Very responsive and helpful service. Gym and day luggage storage on the property. Highly recommend!

"NOLA Nirvana: Where Comfort Meets Convenience!"

Our stay at this VRBO in New Orleans was an absolute dream. The online pictures and descriptions were perfectly accurate, and the reality exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with outstanding amenities that made our visit unforgettable. The building itself was immaculate, secure, and in a prime location—close enough to enjoy the lively buzz of the city but far enough away to provide a peaceful escape from the action. Before booking, we considered several high-end hotels, including the Ritz and the W Hotel, but none could match the convenience, quality, and overall value of this property. Great place with great location

We loved our stay! The location, cleanliness and quality of the VRBO was so nice! The only thing I didn’t realize was that there was only 1 shower, so this is good to note for groups. Also, the spiral staircase was very steep so I would recommend for adults only. Wonderful VRBO, would recommend.

We had a lovely time exploring NOLA and the place was fantastic. Simple decorations but very stylish, lots of 'perks' in the bathroom which were much appreciated. Spreading out on two floors was luxurious. Location perfect, walking distance to French Quarter, but far enough away that the street noise was reasonable.

Girls’ Trip

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! It was extremely clean and well furnished and we loved the location. Just far enough away from the chaos of the French Quarter, yet walkable for three 60+ year olds. We parked in a lot that was a block and a half down the street and didn’t move the car until it was time to leave. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Place is exactly as described. Super close to everything. We had a fantastic time. Only issue we had was tv didn’t work and loaded content on it was not anything someone wants to see! Other than that, great place to stay.

Great Downtown N.O. Property

Very clean and in great downtown N.O. location between French Quarter and Garden District. Picked up the Hop-on/Hop-off sightseeing bus 1 block away to see all sights. Highly recommended.

New Orleans getaway

The property is really nice, it has all you need to cook a meal, I found it to be close to historical marks and I could always find parking in front of the house. The comunication with the property manager was really easy and they were available for questions I had.

50th Birthday

Stayed here with my sisters and we loved the place. First time in New Orleans and this location did not disappoint. Nice place to come back and relax after being in the bustle of the city. Clean rooms and very spacious. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch!

Short and sweet 5 day trip!

I would give this property and the property managers more stars if I could. This place was perfection. The first place we stayed was beautifully modern and so clean. The location is ideal and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. Cami and Ericka were available and so responsive any time I had a question. We were supposed to check out Wednesday but decided after a day here that we wanted to extend our trip. They accommodated and kept us in the same location just switched rooms and the second room was so beautiful and spacious as was the first. We will definitely stay in the same location with the same property next time we visit.

Amazing time!

Used to live in this area and was so excited to stay here. Very close to French Quarter and Superdome without being in the chaos of things. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Really enjoyed it!

Used to live in NOLA this place 10/10

I could go on and on… the location was amazing. Both balconies made this place super special. The people watching & being on the second floor interacting with the crowd on Saturday night was fun but it’s the CBD not the Quarter, so it’s a nice relaxed vibe. You can’t go wrong here. Close but just far enough away. Funny & classy! Also the management company was amazing to work with. We very much appreciate them making our stay perfect.
