we notified the front desk that our tv was not working. they sent maintenance up and he said "yup, we've been having trouble with this one." He left and never came back, and we didn't get a call back. this was on Tuesday 5/14. We called back on Thursday, and were told, "That tv never worked and you should have been moved to another room." Horrible communication. We requested a reimbursement or some form of compensation.
