Living space
Inside, a well-considered living area gives you a comfortable base after a full day in the city. Unwind in front of the TV, or settle into the dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi when you need to stay connected. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the suite comfortable across seasons, and room-darkening shades make sleeping in after a late night entirely effortless.

Sleeping arrangements
The suite sleeps up to 5 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms are dressed with fresh bed linens and fitted with room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights. Hangers and an iron are on hand to keep your wardrobe in order throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for everything from a slow morning coffee ritual to a proper home-cooked meal. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, alongside cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - ready from the moment you arrive. A dining table brings the group together for shared meals, and coffee is provided to get your mornings started right.

Bathroom
The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, alongside a hair dryer and hot water. Fresh towels are included for the duration of your stay.

Outdoor living
Step out onto the balcony for a direct view over the Frenchmen Street scene below - a front-row seat to one of New Orleans’ most animated stretches. The property also features a backyard with outdoor furniture, offering a quieter spot for morning coffee or a calm end to the evening. The pool is available for guest use, and a private entrance keeps your arrivals and departures fully independent.

Travelling with young children? The suite includes a pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Safety provisions across the property include exterior security cameras covering the backyard/garden, front of the building, and the atrium, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Paid parking is available off premises - a paid lot behind the building (p409) is a convenient nearby option.
