This furnished 2ND-floor apartment offers a relaxing stay. It has two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a queen—each with a private bathroom. It sleeps four adults, plus two on the sofa beds. While the neighborhood is full of dining and entertainment options, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a quiet night in. Unwind on the front porch and take in the sounds from second-line parades, Congo Square drumbeats, or distant Mississippi River foghorns!

The unit is located on the left side of the duplex. Head to the stairs past the gravel walkway area and proceed up the porch stairs. You will enter directly into a staircase which will bring you to the second floor. The primary bedroom is located directly at the top of the stairs and includes an en-suite bathroom. Immediately following will be the secondary bedroom and the laundry closet. The secondary bathroom is located at the end of the hallway. Once exiting the hallway, you will step into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Attached to the dining area will be the living room, followed by your own private balcony.

You will have access to the entire 1222 B side of the duplex, including the balcony and all amenities! Free street parking is also readily available!
