Il "cuore di Uptown!"
"Heart of the City" di New Orleans è il luogo in cui i nostri ospiti possono "vivere come un locale" in un ambiente super conveniente. La nostra spaziosa casa dispone di 3 camere da letto con bagno privato, soggiorno formale (HDTV a grande schermo), canali HBO, Showtime, Cinamax, Starz. Sala da pranzo formale (posti a sedere 6), soggiorno informale con 1/2 bagno, cucina completa, due balconi al largo delle due camere da letto al piano superiore con patio arredato al piano inferiore nella parte posteriore.
La nostra casa si trova in un quartiere residenziale sicuro ed è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti famosi di New Orleans, come Charlie's Steakhouse e Pascal's Manale e il nostro quartiere commerciale recentemente rinnovato in Freret Street. Abbiamo molti caffè, bar, club di musica dal vivo e locali. Fai una breve passeggiata di 1/2 isolato per fare un giro sulla nostra auto di strada famosa in tutto il mondo. L'auto stradale è un modo conveniente e panoramico per visitare molte attrazioni di New Orleans, tra cui tour a piedi nel quartiere dei giardini, cimiteri, shopping su Magazine Street, Bourbon Street, shopping su Royal Street, Audubon Park, Aquarium of the America's, Università di Tulane / Loyola, Tour di Harrah's Casino, Convention Center, Garden District. Great place!

Super convenient location. Comfortable clean accommodations. No outdoor space to speak of but all other was just as expected or better. Beds were very nice. En suite bathrooms was a plus for 5 adults.

Great Location

Perfect location, short distance from everything. The home was just as described. We had so much space that we didn’t even use the dining room or back room. Andrew was responsive and a great host. I would most definitely recommend.

Graduation stay for family

The house itself was nice and in a great location. There was plenty of room for everyone we had staying for my daughter’s graduation from Tulane. However, there was issues with upstairs air conditioning right when we arrived. This is where all of the bedrooms are located. It was 80 degrees and the unit would not kick on at all. The manager was able to get someone out to take a look the second day, but it wasn’t fixed until our last night there. It was also a little annoying that I was expected to worry about leaving a key or communicating with workmen. I was trying to enjoy our stay and it took away from our time. The last night, we also had a smoke alarm battery go off at 2:30 in the morning. Needless to stay with the air conditioning & the smoke alarm, we didn’t have restful sleep any night we were there.The space downstairs was great for family meals & the kitchen was stocked. I was just hoping to have a more restful weekend.

Family Wedding trip

The property was beautiful, true New Orleans style. Location could not be beat. Bed were extremely comfortable. Nice little back yard. Only glitch was the internet was a bit spotty. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Home in a Perfect Location

This house was fantastic! Great location, off-street covered parking, close restaurants/shops, and each bedroom had a private bathroom. It was the perfect home base for our family to enjoy a full week of Mardi Gras. Andrew was extremely responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this home!

Great location and lodging

The property is spacious, clean, and very convenient to all you may need. The mattresses are very good, which is a key for good sleep after hanging out so much in an incredible music/food city. One can walk to the street car stop to take you downtown. There are great eateries, including an awesome coffee shop and award-winning restaurants, within walking distance to the property too. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner was easy to work with and made arrival and departure simple. Thanks!

Plenty of room in a great location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's house. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. within a close proximity. Andrew was extremely cooperative and easy to work with....highly recommend the property.

Another Great Time

Wonderful neighborhood and property

Stayed in early October, 24. The house is great. Comfy beds. 2 of the rooms are next to each other and the 1 is on the other side of the house so you can have some privacy. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. Andrew allowed us to check out late, which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Wonderful property!

We were 3 cousins there for a girl’s trip. Each of us had plenty of space with our own rooms and bathrooms. Being close to St Charles Ave. and the streetcar was great. Highly recommend this property!

A Birthday weekend for two brothers with family and friends 3 couples

Location of property was great close to a lot,parking at the property was great,streetcar one block away, but we used the car lots of place to go. The property was very clear I would definitely stay there again lots of room inside back yard fenced in BBQ grill which we used, just a great time.

Perfect Rental Home 5 of 5 Stars - Super Host

This house has everything that you would want in a vacation rental home! Prior to selecting this property I looked at the reviews and it seemed to have everything I needed but I was still not sure? After pulling into my private off street parking spots and walking into house, I realized that it was “Perfect” I was grinning and so impressed with myself and happy with my choice! The house is beautiful, well maintained, and spacious, It is the perfect rental for couples or singles wanting privacy and want a bathroom in their bedrooms. The house is beautifully furnished with plenty of amenities and extra household items. Great quiet neighborhood, walking distant to stores, restaurants, etc. The communication with David from the time I made the online reservation, the check in and check out process was one of the smoothest and easiest experiences I have had with renting a vacation home. I felt like I was at home and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect graduation stay!

This house is exactly as it is pictured and has great walkable access to many spots. Andrew was extremely responsive and provided lots of information prior to check which included lots of local suggestions. This was the perfect place for our family to use as home base during on daughter’s graduation weekend. WiFi also worked perfectly. Highly recommend this terrific home!
