Decent because of location and bed space

It was a decent option for its pricing but the place was pretty dusty all around and there were many wall hangers within the bathroom that were loose or already hanging off of the wall.

3.5 stars, not great, not bad

It’s very crisp and clean looking, newish everything, open and airy. Kitchen is simply stocked, nothing fancy but enough for a basic family meal. Main bed was comfy memory foam, bunk beds were good for the teens, wouldn’t want to be on them as adults. The fixtures are all falling down, hopefully those will get properly anchored soon. Shower is messy- gets all over the floor but the bathtub is wonderful!!! Street looks rough coming into the neighborhood but we found the neighborhood quite lovely, and nearby streets are newly paved. We ate ata local coffee shop, Uptown, and Bagel place and Pomelo Thai- all were delicious . Host was responsive and kind/helpful.
