“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were not open,but I was made aware prior to my stay, and the front desk staff made sure to let me know they could make recommendations if I needed any. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Did the trick!”

“The hotel is beautiful, with a good location in the Garden District. The room was ok but we found hair on the walls of the shower, like they had cleaned only the base. When we told the reception a girl answered that the cleaners where gone for the day so they could do nothing. That I didn’t like at all, what was I supposed to do? Not shower until the next day? Luckily the responsible of the cleaning staff did come when we insisted, but still the first answer was abominable.”
