We have been staying in New Orleans for 20 years since our daughter was a student at Tulane, and this place was our best experience to date. Brittanie was an excellent host, always responding to messages and questions immediately. Directions for entry for entry were detailed. and Brittanie was present to greet us and make sure that we were in.The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked and coffee, sodas, and snacks were available for us. Rouses market was a quick walk away, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, clean, with plenty of towels and supplies.The location was central to many of our activities. I highly recommend Brittany and her lovely apartment building to anyone visiting New Orleans.

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and lots of dinning choices within walking distance. The host was nice and provided lots of recommendations. Only a couple small things kept me from giving a perfect 5 star - TV in common area would not stream programs and the dishwasher did not work.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Vacation!

We were so pleasantly surprised upon arrival that everything was even better than advertised. Super clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. The Rouse's market, restaurants, Superdome and streetcar stops were all so convenient. Brittanie was so accommodating with all of our requests. Would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Clean, spacious and convenient

This was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in! On arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness, elegant updated decor and convenience to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store - which came in handy while traveling with two little ones. Brittanie was responsive and very accommodating. When looking for rentals I'm always concerned that the photos look better than the in-person experience, but this was the opposite - the photos didn't do it justice! Would absolutely stay here again

AWESOME

We completely loved it. The property was very clean. The check in process was smooth, and the property was more than beautiful than the photos online. Brittanie was very polite and accommodating. The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, The French Quarters, The Sazerac House, The World War II Museum and many other attractions in the downtown area of New Orleans. Overall the property is AWESOME and it was like being at home, but on vacation in my favorite city. By the way this is our second time staying at the property we loved it…

Great location and outstanding host

What not to say! Close to everything but also far enough away that it was always calm and quiet. It felt super safe and the immediate access food and shopping options was ideal. Our unit was way bigger than expected, had all the amenities we needed. Super smooth check-in/out and hosts were attentive and responsive for all our questions, even getting us an immediate turn around on a request for extras. More than enough space for our group! Thank you to Brittanie for the great food and coffee recommendations as well! First time vacationing with your suites but not the last! ♡

Wonderful

The reviews and listing doesn’t lie. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures does not even give great details how big the place is. When you first pull up it does look a little scary but let me tell you that area is far from it. We were able to walk everywhere, the dome for the game, bourbon street, grocery store, food and even casino/outlet. We appreciated the attention to detail, including black towels for make up toothbrushes, toothpaste, and drinks in the fridge. This location central to all things New Orleans. The host was amazing and very responsive, we even extended our stay. We will be back to this location and host! ,

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property while attending the Essence Festival 2023. It is a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming space. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Superdome, the Convention Center and everything in between. Literally everything we needed was within walking distance. The restaurants in the area were all top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond when we reached out. I highly recommend this property.

What a great property.

This is by far the best property "as advertised" and is truly a great spot. The owners attention to detail with surprises that made us feel welcome. The management was really responsive to any questions. We really relaxed!

Nice stay!

The condo is wonderful. Nicely appointed and comfortable. The coffee, cheese plate and drinks mean so much upon check-in. Great little restaurant below for quick meals/relax at the bar. Grocery store just steps away. Communication with owners was quick and attentive. Beds slept great and furnishing were fresh, clean and in new shape. Elevator made it easy to access our floor. For this area to be fairly busy, it was quite inside the condo. Street car is not too far away which can make for easy travel to French Quarter.

The property is beautiful and very spacious!!!! It's a safe neighborhood and a secure building. The beds were so comfortable!! It's close to everything. There's a great market a block away. The property managers are accommodating, maybe to a fault. Overall, this a fantastic place to stay to see an amazing city!!!!!

New NOLA Go To

Loved the decor, location, and special touches (welcome cheese tray, bottled water and sodas, nice large towels, decent toiletries, large TVs, outdoor area even though it faced a brick wall. Kitchen only had basic tools but who comes to NOLA to cook? Plus, there’s a restaurant right downstairs as well as many in the neighborhood. The owners were exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. Proximity to Rouses was ideal for groceries as well as prepared food. Great stay. We’ll be back.

Elegant comfy

This place is spacious and very clean. The pictures on here don’t do it justice. There are so many little things about it that make it perfect. We were in walking distance to the Superdome and that was a huge plus. It’s very close to many things you’d want to see if you don’t want to drive. People say a lot about New Orleans, but we felt safe the entire time. We were out walking after dark and there were police out on the streets. If we travel back to New Orleans we will stay here again for sure!

We were two couples staying at this property. We were all completely happy with everything. Brittanie responded to my questions within minutes. Sounds funny but we didn't know how to lock patio doors. She had maintenance come within 5 MINUTES to show us how to do it. Can't say enough about how great the whole experience was. We all highly recommend this property.
