The place was great, it easily accommodated our group of 9. It is a short walk to Bourbon Street. Mike, the host, was also very helpful, checking in and replenishing consumables when needed.

We visited this place with 8 people.Location, dining space, facilities and owner’s responses were very good.One point to be advised is to have ear plugs for better sleep especially in bed room near the street.Highly recommend.

The property was clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, toiletries, etc. The layout of the property is a little chopped up but met our needs. We did not use the kitchen except to grab a knife or a bowl for some chips. Mike, the host was easy to contact and responded promptly when we reached out.

Great place and location and best host - 5 stars

We had a great experience staying at this property! The host was outstanding—very friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by accommodating us with a late checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed.The home itself is spacious, clean, and perfect for large groups—we had over 10 people, and everyone was comfortable. It’s well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of seating and bathrooms. The location is excellent—close to all the action in New Orleans, but still felt safe and quiet when we wanted to wind down.Would definitely recommend this place for any group visiting NOLA.

Great location

This was a great location! The place is great for large groups. While the bathrooms were overall clean some were better then others. Also there were no pillow cases for the pillows. Still would stay again for a large group!.

Great House and Location

We had the opportunity to stay at this property over a long weekend with friends. The place was clean, well suited for large groups, and had a great location. The landlord was excellent and easy to reach with any questions we may of had. Would recommend anyone staying in the French Quarter to stay there as it is close to walk everywhere you would like to go.

Awesome place to celebrate Mardi Gras

Definitely five 5 stars celebrated my buddies 50th birthday with the guys, a perfect location from Bourbon Street. The only downside is Rampart Street is very busy with foot traffic and cars.

Great place for a large group

Property is perfect for a group trying to experience New Orleans. Mike is very communicative and the location is hard to beat. Walkable to everywhere in the French quarter. Would stay here again!

Unbelievable stay

We went the weekend after the biggest storm in the city’s history and it couldn’t have been a better experience because of Mike. He was unbelievably accommodating and I would stay there every single time I ever step foot in New Orleans. 10/10. Mike gets 5 big booms on the boom meter.

Very happy with our stay at this property. Comfortably slept a group of 8 guys for a bachelor party and was a very convenient location to bourbon street. Would recommend to friends and consider staying again in the future.

New Years/ Sugar Bowl trip

Fantastic set up for our group! The house is in the perfect spot, on the edge of all the action. You can walk to pretty much anything you want to do. The large gathering area of the house was great for our group.. dining area, tv seating area, and bar area-we could all be together but not feel smooshed. The bathroom situation( 3 full & 1 half) was also very good.. never a line at the bathrooms! The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, little shampoos, soaps and conditioners. The kitchen was well stocked, too, although we did not cook. It has both a Keurig & a drip maker, and we gave both a work out! Bedrooms were well appointed with twin & double beds.. again perfect for a group of not necessarily couples. The parking situation was very secure.. a locked gate entrance. Sadly we ended up spending quite a bit of time in the house, as the terror attack on Burbon Street happened within 12 hours of our arrival. Jan 1 was spent laying low in the house watching football between sporadic news updates. We had room to spread out, or gather in front of tv… it was the best you could hope for in that situation. And lastly, the host is the best I’ve encountered on VRBO. in addition to quick replies with requested info, he allowed us to stay an extra night for free, when the Sugar Bowl was postponed due to the terror attack. Highly recommend even without the free night! Would definitely return and stay at this house!!

New Orleans Trip

The property is on a noisy road, Rampart BUT is right beside Louis Armstrong park and close to Bourbon Street. We were on the lower level. While we didn’t necessarily like the twin bed setup it was a large place and we had lots of room and it was nice. Plenty of bathrooms. The host greeted us and was super nice. However a group checked in on the second night and they were totally loud and obnoxious. Kept several of us up at night. Sounded like they were throwing furniture around. We would stay again but would get the upper level possibly. Or hope for better neighbors!!

Another great stay!

Walkable, good space, kind host

There were 9 girls in town for Taylor Swift. This worked perfectly. It was extremely walkable and Mike is so nice. And for 9 girls sharing a house, we didn’t fight over bathrooms once. Only concern was the front bedroom is very loud due to all the street noise and much warmer than the others. But truly a minor inconvenience. The smoke alarm started a low battery beep and Mike was there so quick to fix it. We had a magical time a Mike was just the start of it.

Good value choice for group of guys

Lots of room, plenty of bathrooms, clean, convenient location. Very good communication. Having apartment upstairs meaning you have to think about making noise, which doesn’t really fit the vibe. Manual parking gate with padlock is a pain… but gated parking nice to have. Street noise penetrates bedrooms as if you were on the sidewalk…. But it’s New Orleans, deal.

Great Place

Mike is great, house is great, location is GREAT! Came for my bachelor party and everyone enjoyed it and fit very comfortably. Easy walk to bourbon (most important part)
