We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Very clean and updated property. Great communication from management. Zero complaints! Access to canal Street just a block or two away. Street car stop just minutes away. Ten minute walk to the aquarium. Fantastic stay we will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Genesis communicated with us about everything and responded to all communication quickly. My wife and I were travelling with our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter and the penthouse space was exactly what we were looking for so that everyone had room and not just cramped like we would be in a hotel. The location was amazing for us - right between Poydras and Canal - and easy access to trolley and bus lines if you wanted to venture out without walking. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends going to New Orleans.

Wonderful unit. Great location in a cool old, but remodeled building. Within walking distance of a ton of great attractions in New Orleans. Very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is the perfect place to stay in new orleans. Enough said. Its still in town, but is just off to the side enough that its quiet. I cant quite express how perfect of a stay this would be for you and yours.

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions. The unit was well-maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.

Clean, good communication, and right in the thick of it. Fun New Orleans spot within walking distance to everything. Only hiccup was a lack of dedicated parking space, which I understood to be included but is not - a minor issue all things considered and not a big enough deal to lower the overall rating.

Entering the building was very secure. Once we entered, it looked exactly the way it appeared on VRBO. Very clean and super spacious for us. Thanks to a great host.

My wife and I frequent Nola a few times a year. We normally stay at a different location each time. It is always a fabulous experience. This time was no different. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host (Genesis) very attentive, (he/she) always answered within 30-45 min of me sending a message. It was a secure and safe location. We were blocks from everything. We didn’t even rent a car this time. I definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

The location and communication with the host was excellent. The space/room is tastefully renovated and just visually great. However, I hope they invest a little more into renewing the furniture and the bed. It was more than worn-out as well cleaning so the table, doors, and cabinets don’t feel sticky to the touch.
