* Rooftop Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy access to our shared rooftop pool and hot tub, with stunning views of the city. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weather permitting). Please note, swimming is at your own risk as the pool is not heated, and the area is non-smoking.
* Designated Vaping Area: We have a vaping area on the 9th floor. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the units and will trigger our advanced smoke alarm system.

Convenient Parking: While we do not offer on-site parking, there are two public parking garages directly beneath the property:
Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 (6’4” height clearance).
ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot, ideal for oversized vehicles). Rates typically range from $20–30 per 24 hours, with potential increases during special events.
Streetcar Access: Located on the Loyola Ave streetcar line, the property provides easy access to City Park, Cemeteries, and other New Orleans attractions. Use the Le Pass RTA app and purchase a Jazzy Pass for affordable city-wide transit.
Amtrak & Greyhound Access: 0.7 miles to both the Amtrak and Greyhound stations, easily accessible via the Canal St Streetcar (just $3/day on the RTA app).

I had excellent response when booking and during the check in process. The rooms were beautiful and as described. However, the garage was very small for our minivans and the elevator didn't work. This should be noted, even though you are not responsible for this. Unfortunately we had a toilet not working with no person to fix for over 24 hours. When they did come, they flooded the bathroom and left it that way soaking personal belongings in the adjoining room. Finally got some towels but too little, too late.

Nice place in a good part of town. Walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Unit was newly updated and had everything we needed. Rooftop pool/hot tub area was a plus. Would recommend for larger groups

The experience and the condo were all first class. The place was very spacious and close to everything and the communication was always prompt and accurate. I would highly recommend this place and I plan to stay there again.

We had a large group to celebrate my husband’s 50th at Jazz Fest. The accommodations were perfect! Each couple had their own room and the few singles had their own beds. The condo was spotless, spacious and super modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend staying there.

We had a group of 6 guys from out of town for a golf trip. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. Perfectly designed to accommodate with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Location is great for access to restaurants and bars without being in the middle of it. Everyone agreed that we would stay there again.

This location was great for a girlfriend’s trip. Ample sleeping space and beds were amazing. The only down fall was the parking rates. Try and go in as few cars as possible. We spent over 375 for 4 cats for a weekend trip.
