This third-floor one-bedroom suite gives you a thoughtfully designed space to come back to after a day spent absorbing everything the city has to offer. With autumn in the air and the neighborhood at its most walkable, there’s no better base to call home right now.

The space
Inside, the suite is warm and considered - New Orleans-inspired accents and deliberate design choices make it feel like a genuine home rather than a standard rental. The living area is inviting and well-equipped, with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and heating keeping things comfortable as the season shifts. A TV is on hand for easy evenings in, and a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make the suite just as suitable for remote work as for leisure. The sofa bed in the living area comfortably accommodates a third guest, making this a practical, well-suited space for friends or a couple traveling with a child.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is a calm, restful retreat anchored by a king-sized bed dressed in quality linens. Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in when the night has run late, and hangers and an iron are available to keep things tidy during longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for guests who want the option of cooking at home - a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics (pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper) are all provided. A coffee maker and coffee take care of slow mornings, and the dining table is a comfortable spot for a sit-down meal at any time of day.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - everything you need from the moment you arrive, so you can pack light and still feel properly settled.

Outdoor
The private balcony offers a front-row seat to the street scene below, while the backyard provides a more relaxed open-air space with outdoor furniture - ideal for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink as the neighborhood comes alive around you. A pool is also available on the property for a refreshing dip when the mood strikes. A private entrance lets you come and go independently without passing through shared interior spaces.

Paid parking is available off premises at a lot behind the building (p409), and a digital guidebook is provided to help you find top dining spots and local favorites. Music and street activity are very much a feature of life here, especially on evenings and weekends - and it’s a big part of what makes this location feel so alive.

Additional features
Self check-in is available via smart lock for a flexible arrival. Guests traveling with young children will find a pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, and babysitter recommendations on hand. Safety features include exterior security cameras positioned at the backyard/garden, the front of the building, and the atrium, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
