Welcome to our charming New Orleans hideaway! This 1-bed, 1-bath gem is your ticket to the vibrant heart of the Crescent City. Located just a jazz-filled stroll away from the French Quarter, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and proximity. Located near Parkway Bakery and Tavern where you can immerse yourself in the culture with New Orleans famous po'boys! Our bright, open, and beautifully renovated space is the perfect base for your NOLA adventure. Get ready to let the good times roll!

Conveniently located near City Park which includes the New Orleans Museum of Art as well as the New Orleans Botanical Garden!

This home is located on the bottom floor of a two-story residential home. Plenty of free street parking surrounds the property. As you enter, you'll walk into the living room which opens up to the dining area and kitchen with great natural light. The laundry closet is located on the right side of the kitchen. Following is the primary bedroom, containing a large walk-in closet, and the bathroom which includes a large tiled shower.

The entire unit is private and only accessible to guests. The homeowner lives in the unit above but is very respectful to guests.

We prefer to give guests their space, but are available to help when needed!

Located in the Gentilly Fairgrounds neighborhood, a historic area of the city lined with beautiful 100 year old oak trees and homes resembling the famous New Orleans architecture that make this city so unique! You cannot pick a more convenient location for Jazz Fest or New Orleans Fairgrounds horse races as we are less than a 1 minute walk from the entrance! Our neighborhood is a lively one, especially during Jazz Fest and horse racing season so please bare in mind it can get noisy from time to time! Get a taste of New Orleans at the many local restaurants located within our neighborhood, or take a 10 minute car ride to the heart of the French Quarter for a classic New Orleans experience of culture, food, and people watching!
