The Space: Motorworks offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort, just five minutes from the Central Business District. A recently renovated space featuring 20' ceilings, original wood floors, and fully restored windows that fill the space with natural light. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts.
There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
