Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location!

The location of this home truly couldn’t have been more perfect! It was ideal for our group of 11 women—my grandmother, her daughters (my aunts), and all of her grandchildren (my cousins). We loved every second spent on the private balcony and appreciated how easy it was to walk to everything in the French Quarter.That said, communication with the property manager was a bit challenging. We didn’t receive check-in details or the door code until we were literally standing outside the property with all our luggage. The few days leading up to the trip were stressful, not knowing whether we’d actually be able to access the home after flying in. That uncertainty definitely took away from the excitement of what was supposed to be a special and memorable trip.Once we were in the house, I reached out with a few simple questions—like asking for extra towels—but unfortunately never got a response. With 11 of us, we found ourselves short on towels, washcloths, and blankets.That being said, when the property manager did respond, she was friendly and helpful—we just wish communication had been more consistent from the beginning.

Best location and very Roomy!

Twelve of us thoroughly enjoyed this incredible house. Six roomy bedrooms and six bathrooms. A beautiful balcony to sit on and watch the tours and carriages flow by. We had six days of activities in Treme, French Quarter and the Garden district and could walk to all of them in 15-30 minutes.

Perfect location

We had the most amazing time celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday here. The location is central to everything, just walk there! The balcony was one of our favorite spots to hang out, to take in all the sights and sounds around us. So happy we stayed here. It is a busy street so the front bedrooms can be a bit noisy at night. The loft bedroom is open to the downstairs. The other bedrooms are very spacious.

Manor was a Hit, the Troubles were a Minor Blip

For the most part we loved our stay. The manor is in a great location, it's clean and well cared for.A slight frustration for us was there were some discrepancies between amenities listed and amenities available (ie. A dishwasher and Spa/Whirlpool).My real concern was communicating with the property manager. Multiple times before arrival I had confirmed my contact information. Day of we arrive and I'm still waiting for the code to get in. I end up calling the contact number and find out she had sent the information to the wrong phone number. We ended up getting one number that opened all rooms when I specifically asked for interior rooms to have separate entry numbers. My final issue with communicating with her was that I alerted her to a very broken railing on the entry stairway. She offered to send maintenance and we were asking when that could happen, as we're on vacation and not trying to stay in all day, then I never heard from her again. I did not continue to waste my time following up, but the railing was a major concern because it was a dangerous stairway leading to the main living space so everyone using it had to be pointed to not use the railing or use the other side. An ugly blemish on an otherwise beautiful experience.

Fantastic location

You won't find a property that's in a better location. The property manager that I interacted with was wonderful. There is pool access but no pool on premise but it ended up being a bit too cool to swim anyway. The property itself could benefit from some updating but was overall nice. One of the biggest assets is the balcony which can be accessed via one of the bedrooms. Watch your head when ducking under the window though... Overall, I would highly recommend.

Great location in the French Quarter

The property manager was easy to communicate with and provided necessary details. The property was clean and spacious for our group. Walking distance to most of the activities and locations near the French Quarter that we were interested in seeing.during our stay. Thank you for sharing your property.

Amazing Getaway

The property was great and the property manager Zoe was amazing! Immediate response to any questions we had. The property was clean, bright, and had authentic New Orleans charm. We will be booking again!
