Si tratta di un cottage stand-alone in Treme, a soli tre isolati dal quartiere francese. Situato in un quartiere residenziale, il cottage è sulla stessa proprietà come casa del proprietario. Il casolare è di 600 piedi quadrati con un soggiorno / cucina / dinette combinazione e una camera da letto separata e bagno. Il bagno è attrezzato con biancheria di alta qualità e asciugamani, shampoo, balsamo, sapone e bodywash. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size. Il casolare è beautifulyl rinnovato e professionalmente decorate, con arredi contemporanei, una cucina completamente attrezzata, tutti gli elettrodomestici inox, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tv via cavo e wi-fi. All'esterno sono ben tenuti giardini, e una veranda coperta ideale per il caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale. Sarete accolti con una bottiglia fredda di champagne e dolci freschi. La proprietà si trova a cinque minuti di auto dalla I-10 e solo una breve passeggiata per il Faubourg Marigny e minuti dal centro. Posizione eccezionale e la casa elegante. tempo di check-in è di 3 p. m. Ora di partenza è ore 12.

Great Property!

We enjoyed 5 nights here - Paul is extremely responsive to messages and his extra touches in the cottage are great! About a 10 minute walk to the center of the French Quarter, 15 walk to Frenchman St. We hope to stay here again if we come back to NOLA!

Comfort of Home meets Convenience of Hotel

This is a great little property. Very close to the French Quarter and down the street from historic Congo Square/Louis Armstrong Park. It's clean, comfortable, and inviting. The bed is comfortable and the living space is great. It has everything someone who prefers the charm and privacy of a house over a hotel would want.ANDIt has all the conveniences of a hotel room. Actually, it has more. The owner, Paul, has thought of every little thing and it's these little things that add up to a whole lot!-coffee, coffee pot, cream, sugar, etc.-complimentary juice, wine, beer in the fridge - even basic condiments-muffins!-toiletries - toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, cotton swabs, soaps, shampoos and more-nice, clean robes like a hotel would provideHaving the muffins and coffee was a life saver. We got in around dinner time and did not feel like going to the grocery store. Knowing we could eat muffins for breakfast and make our own coffee or have orange juice was huge!-Washer/dryer is a plus-Guestbook with food and other recommendations and genuine opinions from a local - far better than a concierge deskThe toiletries were convenient - if you forget something, it's there! I did not forget anything but my shampoo leaked inside my luggage and I dropped my toothbrush in the toilet - no problem, they're on hand!I can't say enough about this property. If we return to New Orleans, we would absolutely stay here. Thanks Paul!!!

Quaint Cottage & Garden

Communication with the owner was perfect, which is a huge plus! We found the cottage to be very comfy and cozy with all the amenities of home! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but did Uber once, to get to Civil War Museum. The cottage was calm and quiet, perfect for a good nights rest! We hope to return in the future!

Cottage in Treme'

This cottage in the heart of the Treme' neighborhood in New Orleans is the perfectly located within walking distance of the Backstreet Cultural Museum, Le Petit Jazz Museum and the African American Museum, as well as a charming coffee shop, a breakfast cafe and nearby Frenchman Street and the Quarter. The cottage was pristine, comfortable and very well stocked. And it is situated in a a sweet, private garden space. My husband and I felt right at home!

Respite from the city

This was an excellent respite from the city while being in the city! It was quiet and secluded. All amenities were well thought out from snacks to condiments to toiletries and aspects you often forget. Parking was a breeze. Paul was communicative, thoughtful, and generous. Would stay again!

Best Rental Experience

There was nothing not to like about this place. Perfect location just a short walk to Frenchmen St. And even quicker to get to Bourbon. We had a rental car and barely used it. We have a farm house in upstate NY and often I find it hard to sleep in cities, but the cityage is cozy and quiet. Also, upon arroval the place was perfectly clean AND I had more than enough for my stay. Waters, OJ, Wine, and an abundance of toiletries like tooth brushes soap, shampoo etc. I LOVED our stay and will definitely love to rent again.

Perfect Spot

Paul's cottage is charming, clean and well stocked with everyday amenities that you may have forgotten. We were able to walk or Uber for about 13 dollars to everyplace we wanted to go. Diz's Cafe, a couple of blocks away, was fantastic for an at-home meal too.We would definitely seek to stay there again.

A little gem

First trip to New Orleans and I picked a winner. Paul’s place was spacious, unbelievably and thoughtfully well-stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is three short blocks away from the FQ and we enjoyed greeting and speaking with neighbors we passed. He went above and beyond with muffins and juice which we enjoyed, and wine was shared in the lovely private patio/courtyard area that felt like our own private slice of paradise. We were lucky enough to meet Paul and his sweet dog. Highly recommend!

Cozy and a great location

The place was so cozy, and it was exactly what was advertised. This was a father-and-daughter trip, and they were very pleased with the location and accommodations. They were greeted with two bottles of complimentary wine, which we thought was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Walking distance to the French quarters, they had a blast!

Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly as listed. Paul was easy to communicate with. I was absolutely delighted to find muffins on the table when we got in at 1am starving on the first night! It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay during Mardi Gras. It was in the heart of the city and experienced the real New Orleans neighborhood instead of all the tourist traps. The owner is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. I give it all five stars!I
