BENTORNATO, BENVENUTI A CASA O BENVENUTO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA !!

Ho appena iniziato a queste inserzioni nel febbraio 2012, 3 mesi dopo ho comprato la casa; un artigiano di 100 anni, si trova su un terreno di doppio in un angolo (che significa facilità di parcheggio). Io vivo al piano di sopra e io sono qui per contribuire a rendere la vostra esperienza tuttavia si desidera.

Sono stato sempre ottime recensioni e in poco tempo, alcuni visitatori abituali. Io posso dare di VIP numeri Cab di telefono, ristorante, club, musica e assistenza turistica.
Ci sono due delle città migliori ristoranti appena 2 e 3 isolato da qui !!!!

CAVO LIBERO / DIRECTV con DVR, HBO, SHOWTIME, WIFi e facile PARCHEGGIO !!

PROBLEMI camminare ovunque, è il più sicuro e uno dei quartieri più tranquilli in città !!

SIT SOTTO UN centenaria cipresso o QUERCIA. PERCHÈ NO? IT'S SERENE & PACIFICA. O colpire la città e renderla forte e funky? Ma tornare a casa a riposare nel posto giusto. Dopo tutto, io vivo anche qui!

Mi metto in questo. Dove vorrei rimanere? Come vorrei vivere. Così, ho attentamente e accuratamente appena ristrutturato che - ben arredate questo posto e mettere INCREDIBILE uno di un'opera d'arte specie in tutto.

SECONDA camera da letto molto più piccola w / armadio e NUOVISSIMO (12/17) SERTA BEAUTY REST LETTO MATRIMONIALE COMPLETO con armadio e una porta, diretto al bagno!
UN BAGNO GRANDE (Posti 4! LOL) con combinazione doccia e vasca, concedere controsoffitti. (Include sapone, shampoo, balsamo, TP, asciugamani e un pistone.)
SOGGIORNO ospitare comodamente 6 su un nuovo, molto fresco divano viola e vetro / tavolo in ferro battuto.
BELLA ARTE !!!, con
HDTV al plasma -Big con cavo (HBO e Showtime per libero). WIFI GRATUITO.
ZONA PRANZO comodi posti a sedere 4, ma si espande a 6.
CUCINA - fornito, PICCOLO cucina con; FRIGORIFERO / congelatore, piano cottura / forno, lavastoviglie, Caffettiera (filtri gratuiti, caffè a volte gratuito), microonde, tostapane e tutto posate, argenteria, apparecchi di cottura.
Lavatrice e asciugatrice - FULL SIZE
AC / HEAT - Due riscaldamento e aria condizionata unità (si potrebbe tenere la carne funziona così bene)
INGRESSO -Il vostro ingresso indipendente al primo piano (ingresso combinazione tastiera, in modo da non perdere le chiavi o condividere).

ZONA: AUDUBON RIVERSIDE
La struttura si trova nel posto più sicuro in città ... situato a soli due isolati dal bellissimo parco Audubon (Zoo, Equestre, Fiume Mississippi, Golf, ecc), a un isolato dal Magazine Street, e una corsa in tram a breve centro di New Orleans, il quartiere francese, Centro congressi, CBD e il francese St.

Sfruttate l'amichevole, quartiere tranquillo e prendere in una delle più belle città del mondo.

Questo appartamento appena ristrutturato, è completamente addobbata-out con tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario per una notte o una notte fuori e si trova a non più di 15 minuti dal quartiere francese, il River Walk, il porto di New Orleans. Stop di fama mondiale come il music club uptown Tipitina e il Maple Leaf.

Se hai fatto fino a questo punto .... ho un altro appartamento sulla stessa proprietà.

Possano connettersi, quindi se siete 6,7 o 8 (FINO A 4 COPPIE), ho potuto sconto se prendere entrambi.

Booked a stay here for Mardi Gras and absolutely loved it. The space is perfect for 2-4 people and is located in a really great neighborhood. The owner Rob was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any communications. Can’t say enough good things.

We had a wonderful extended NOLA visit at this property. The location was exceptional with easy access to restaurants, Magazine Street, Audubon Park, and music venues, and a short walk to the St. Charles trolley line. We could hop on the #11 Magazine bus and be in the French Quarter in less than 30 min. The neighborhood was full of architecturally interesting NOLA houses. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of NOLA details and comfortable furniture. There was ample closet space. We were very comfortable, and the extra small bedroom allowed us to have guests. Rob was the consummate host and stocked the unit with a wealth of information on NOLA and its attractions. He recommended restaurants and concerts etc. He stayed in constant contact with us to make sure everything was ok. He paid close attention to details (linens, blankets, a well-stocked kitchen, even movies) and made sure all the systems in the unit were functioning perfectly. We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay in this location again.

We spent 31 great days at Rob’s property! The location is fabulous and Rob is a thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable host. We had no significant problems during our entire stay and our few minor requests were handled quickly and courteously. We fully intend to repeat our visit again next year. Already looking forward to it. Thanks for everything Rob and Patrice! It was wonderful!

Three friends and I rented this property for a weekend trip. This space accommodated us with no issues and was clean, functional, and well maintained. This property is located in an incredibly safe neighborhood, and is in walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. When you do want to venture out into the French Quarter and hit Bourbon Street, our Uber rides were roughly 10-15 minutes. Rob was very accommodating and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and see. I would absolutely book this property again for my next trip to New Orleans.

Myself, my wife, and our teenage daughter and her best friend recently spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. It’s location is ideal — just a few blocks from Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo and a block off Magazine Street with its many food and drink options. Owner/Manager, Rob, welcomed us upon arrival and ensured all was in order. He also offered advice on things to see and do during our stay. Upon checkout, he also came by to bid us farewell and took the time to also show us his other adjacent vacation rental. All in all, was a great experience and we will definitely look to stay here again on future trips back to the city.

We enjoyed a visit to New Orleans after the Mardi Gras season, and don't think we could have found a better place to stay. We had a rental car, but dining, shopping and sightseeing were within an easy (and beautiful) walk. We took the St Charles Trolley to French Quarter; we drove the rental car to French Quarter, but we were also able to make a fabulous day trip. Other reviewers speak to the attentiveness of the owner, Rob, and we concur. He was gracious and charming - just like this property!

Our family (two parents, one toddler) had a very positive experience in this rental when we came for Mardi Gras this year. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, very accessible to the parades and our favorite restaurants. The close proximity to Whole Foods, a Circle K and a Walgreens was very helpful, and having the zoo and Audubon Park nearby was perfect for our little one. The owner, Rob, could not have been nicer. He checked in to make sure we were comfortable, made great restaurant recommendations and even loaned us chairs and umbrellas for the parades. Highly recommend.

The place had everything that we needed and was extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful and very good for walking around to the park, the river or the cute stores on Magazine. Rob, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Parking was very convenient and we were on the street right outside our front door. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a great place to stay. There were two of us and we each had our own bedroom and the one bathroom worked just fine for us.

We had a great stay here. There are two bedrooms and a nice size living room area. Our son uses a wheelchair and had little problem getting around. The only areas he needed help with were getting into the building (there is a small 2" step as you step in) and getting into the kitchen (it's too small for a wheelchair). Other than that both bedrooms were fine as was the bathroom. If you are used to getting around the rough sidewalks of New Orleans the local area will not present any challenges. Rob was great about getting back with us right away on questions and was helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do locally. The kitchen had all the basics that you could want (fridge, oven, range, microwave, toaster oven). Some nice things were the Brita water filter and a full set of plates, cups and other items. There is a washer and dryer on site which worked well. The weather was cool to warm and the heater/AC worked well. New Orleans downtown is about 15 minutes away, so that was great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, daughter and I came in to celebrate Mardi Gras and had a spectacular week. The location could not have been better for us, close enough to walk to the park, parades, shopping and food!! We will be back.

Quiet, private, spacious, clean. Love the purple couch and the big tv! Long walks in Audubon Park (Bird Island was a big hit). Got most of our Christmas shopping needs met on Magazine. Rob was an attentive, helpful but non-intrusive host who has clearly made an effort to create an apartment he'd be willing to stay in. This is where we'll stay every time we're in New Orleans from now on.
