“My third stay at the cabin was wonderful, as expected. It's a beautiful place surrounded by woods, peaceful, relaxing, and private. It rained all day on one day of my stay, but even that was delightful: I sat on the porch in a comfortable chair and read a book, while listening to the rain. “We stayed for 3 nights. Secluded cabin on the side of a hill up a gravel road from the main road. You could see neighbors, but they were not close. This made it very peaceful to sleep and sit on the great front porch. Although it felt remote, we were less than 10 minutes away from the main entrance to Lake Raystown and 20 or 30 minutes from the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. “This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”

“House was very cozy and nicely appointed/equipped. Nice location, even though there are multiple houses in close proximity, it was very quiet and peaceful. Tonya was good to deal with. We had one small issue with a leak in the roof during a torrential downpour that stopped as soon as the extreme rain did. All in all, nice and peaceful weekend.”
