Questa lussuosa casa sul lungomare è situata in una comunità di lusso. La casa si affaccia ad ovest per eccellenti vedute del tramonto. L'ingresso è perfetto per il birdwatching, la pesca o l'osservazione dei delfini che nuotano e offre fantastiche opportunità per il kayak attraverso la Riserva Faunistica di Eagle Point Park. Ci sono due kayak e uno stand up paddle board a casa per l'uso. Se desideri noleggiare una barca Pontoon, una barca a vela, una barca john o delle charter di pesca d'altura sono a pochi isolati da casa.

Questa casa vacanze è situata in posizione centrale e dista circa 35 minuti da Clearwater Beach e dall'aeroporto internazionale di Tampa. Gli storici Sponge Docks di Tarpon Springs sono a pochi minuti sul fiume Anclote, dove è possibile fare un giro in barca per i sub in spugna, un tour dei delfini, assaggiare il meglio della cucina greca e della vita notturna con molti negozi.

Clearwater & St. Le spiagge di Pete sono a sud circa 35 minuti e offrono di tutto, dal parapendio ai giri in motoscafo e alle navi pirata. Il molo 60 di Clearwater Beach ospita festival e negozi serali serali, molte band dal vivo e ristoranti con pesce fresco. Visita il nuovo Museo Salvador Dalì a St. Petersburg.

Weeki Wachee è circa 45 minuti a nord, con i nostri lamantini della Florida. Puoi noleggiare una barca dal porto turistico e andare in canoa lungo il fiume cristallino o in metropolitana lungo il fiume.

Homosassa Springs si trova 45 minuti a nord: lamantini, spettacoli di uccelli esotici, lontre, alligatori e altro ancora.

Ybor City si trova a Tampa e ha molti grandi negozi, band ed è la più antica capitale dei sigari d'America. Mentre sei a Tampa puoi anche visitare il centro di Channelside e Harbour Island con molti ristoranti e negozi. Anche l'Acquario della Florida, uno dei migliori acquari del mondo, Lowery Park Zoo, Museo della Scienza e dell'Industria e Hard Rock Casino accanto all'Anfiteatro.

The location was perfect for our family! The sunsets were beautiful and there was easy access to use the kayaks for exploring. The house had everything that we needed and the host responded quickly to questions. He also provided great suggestions for local restaurants. I would recommend this house for easy access to local restaurants and shops.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our week in this spacious home. It is a quiet area, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the views. We were able to bike ride, fish and kayak, as well as enjoy time in the hot tub. The patio table was great for dinners without bugs. Communication was great.

Relaxing Week

We just wanted a relaxing week and we were not disappointed. Place was super clean, spacious and well stocked with everything. The hot tub was a bonus. We were also visited up close by a pair of Blue Herons that we nicknamed Frankie and Harold. We had a great time in Tarpon Springs and this is a very unique town. Great overall experience at this house.

Beautiful sunset

Thank you for sharing your home. The sunsets were beautiful from the dock. The blue herons seemed to love our daughter. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely time

Communication with host was fantastic! If I could rate above a 5, I certainly would! This property in a safe neighborhood! The little dock out back is fun! Son had fun fishing out back! Not a whole lot of fish but enough for some fish and chips one night! Hot tub fantastic since water was still chilly and the wind was strong while we were there. We were so lucky it was windy cause it kept the bugs to a minimum! Bug spray would be a must had it not been so windy! The outdoor patio was so nice comfortable! Beds comfortable as well! Shower pressure in master bedroom weak but that’s probably the only downside! Publix less than 1.5 miles away! Tarpon Springs sponge socks about 20 minutes away! Fred Howard Beach about 30 minutes away! Downtown New Port Richey with cute shops and eateries is 10 minutes away! Literally 75 minutes from Tampa! The sunsets are amazing! And the herons always looking for hand outs😀.

A place to Kayak and relax!

This is a large, clean, and spacious home! Lots of places to curl up on a couch with a blanket and read a book. Our favorite place was the screened-in porch. The jacuzzi worked great. It is very nice to have kayaks available and to just walk out into the back yard and launch the kayaks. A couple of Great Blue Herons visited every day - so fun to be close to wildlife!

Can't wait to stay again!

Right on the water, hot tub, beautiful home - who could ask for more? How about just lock up and leave check out! Didn't ask us to clean up or take out the trash or strip the beds or anything - wow! Really do want to stay at this lovely home again and take out the kayaks. Loved every minute! Thank you so much!

Lovely neighborhood

The property is located in the lovely subdivision of Gulf Harbors, a quiet and centrally located neighborhood. This property lends itself well to fishing and kayaking, all materials provided to do so. Dolphins were spotted several times and felt quite like a paradise. The decor of the home is modern and enjoyable. There are tons of items in the kitchen to allow you to cook your own meals. The area has some great food including the vicinity to Tarpon Springs (go to Hellas) and on 19S, visit Thai Lanna 2. The home lends itself well to youngsters with the bunk room. If you need assistance, reach out to Jeff for any and all of your needs.

Have stayed here with my son and his family a couple year's ago and had such a great time we rented with my daughter and her family and had a great time as well grandkids all love seeing sting rays and other wildlife. Definitely our go to with family!

Fantastic stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. Great water front location and combiner to everything we wanted to do. Fishing, boating and dolphin watching off of the dock was great. Daily hearing visits right outside the back door. Amenities were solid. Would definitely have liked to extend the stay for another week!

New Port Richey gulf home

Great Property, Great Area!

Home is very modern and up to date with every appliance and utensil that is needed. We especially enjoyed taking the kayak out on the clear shallow water and seeing all the wildlife. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby and the community is very quiet and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this property after our recent stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Within the first hour of arriving we saw a dolphin swim by in the canal. The owner was great answering all question prior to our arrival and once we arrived. The house and neighborhood is lovely. We highly recommend this property and would choose this property again as a rental in the future.
