“They were supposed to have someone 24 seven at the desk and I called several numbers to try to reach the front desk because there was an electrical fire smell in my room and nobody came to help. This is all documented and still they did nothing to reimburse me for the trouble I went through. I will never stay there again.”

“Staff not very customer centric. Very impersonate. Place old and small. Dirty. Side door not locked so didn't feel like it was a safe and secure place. Anyone could walk in.”
