“This is a great resort in South Haven. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are nice. It’s about 2.5 miles to walk to the central part of South Haven for lots of restaurants and bars. I will be back!”

“Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend.”

“Property under renovation and not close to being completed and it is not stated anywhere.
We booked due to the amenities of the lounge/bar and restaurant. Sadly upon check-in there was a note stating that they were not open that evening. In the morning a new note was placed stating not open. After asking it was clear that those notes are simply on rotation because they are not open at all.
Balcony rooms do not have any furniture on them.
Additionally, the property smells very bad. It smells...

“It was super clean and the room was very nice! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were perfect! Breakfast was awesome! Good food and lots of diverse items. The staff lived the friendly code because they were so good about talking to us and helping us find special places to go and things to eat and how to get there!
They gave me the BEST vacation ever!!!!”
