Benvenuti nella nostra casa splendidamente ristrutturata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia! La casa include tutti i servizi per farvi sentire come se foste a casa. Includiamo WIFI e cavo complementari, oltre a caffè, lavatrice e asciugatrice (include detersivo per lavatrice), e anche giochi da tavolo per quei giorni di pioggia ..... perché, beh, è Florida :)

Questo è un duplex e affittiamo anche l'altro saggio. Ogni unità ha accesso a tutto il lato con un ingresso privato.

The property was immaculately, decorated and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment. Taking walks through the neighborhood was very pleasant. I felt very safe. My only suggestion would be to possibly update the backyard a little bit so that it can be used as a sunning area. I have marked it as a possible place for the future to visit.

The place was great. We had issues getting into the unit due to a problem with the lockbox. The garage door also wasn’t working correctly. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We liked how close it was to the beach.

Our Stay

We were able to do everything we had planned. Were able to enjoy some walks on the beach, eat out at some great restaurants, I was able to get in my exercise routine and walk our dog. Great time and weather.

I mean i wouldn’t say it was “gorgeous” its very dated but CLEAN. We were shocked that it was a duplex and the yard was disastrous ants heaven…however, growing sod near the beach is hard and expensive so I get it. The renters in the other unit were pleasant but had so many cars it made leaving hard. In no way does it sleep 7 (unless I misread that). Excellent water pressure but dry the towels twice because I think the dryer is on the way out. The beds werent the most comfortable Ive slept on but they served their purpose. My only safety concern is the living room area rug. 3 times it slipped when walked on and we each fell. Eventually moving the couch leg on it. I smelled cat urine in the living room but no one else did so maybe I was going crazy! Id definitely stay again for the location.

Great property

We rented this property and next door for ourselves and our adult children. Location is excellent. 2nd house in with beach access across the street in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Only thing is we either didn’t read and didn’t expect we needed to bring our own shampoo and body wash. Not an issue as stores were nearby. Recommend this property and next door for a nice stay at NSB.

New Smryna

Property inside was spotless and was decorated so cute!! The weather was not cooperative and was a little cold for beach which was just cross the street, otherwise location was perfect. Quiet part of town but 1.5 miles away are all the great restaurants and bars which we took advantage of. Also Merritt NWR is great for bird watchers and just beautiful. We also went to Canaveral Seashore and did some hiking. Beautiful. We would stay here again!! Maybe next year.

Served Our Purpose

In town for a golf outing. Nice location, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood. Publix nearby and accessible by backroads. The Garlic restaurant is a must if you stay here. The unit is part of a duplex. We heard no noise from the other side. Comfortable beds. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Check in was easy and communication with April was excellent.

Great location in NSB

This duplex is located just two houses in from A1A and is a short walk to the beach. House was clean ans great location! Mu only concern about the property was the yard was not great for my dogs due to lots of weeds and dirt. I spent a lot of time vacuuming the dirt they tracked into the house.

New Year in New Smyrna

We enjoyed the property. It was clean, very nicely decorated with a cute beach theme, and the communication with the property owner/manager was always quick and easy. If I had to say anything that needs improvement, it would be the yard. It doesn’t have nice grass or landscaping so the curb appeal doesn’t at all match what’s on the other side of the door. The inside is 5 stars without a doubt and we loved it!

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Fully stocked, very clean, perfect layout, comfortable beds! Walking distance to beach and restaurants! Garage was perfect for my husband’s classic car. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect!

This was a great vacation rental! We had easy beach access and we were close to local restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and recommend staying here. New Smyrna Beach is a great little beach town!
