Luxury Beachside Home with private heated pool and spa.


Executive luxury beach side home. This home offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps up to 10. Private heated pool & spa. Home has a full size washer & dryer. Master suite has it's own private entrance to pool & spa area. Master shower has multiple jets with overhead rainfall. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach access ramp. Then come home and rinse off under the outdoor hot/cold shower. Spend the evening relaxing in the hammock or enjoy a gathering around the fire pit in the large fenced in tropical backyard. Enjoy morning coffee under either of the 2 covered porch areas. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Live stress free in this luxury beach home. Pool and spa heat usage is included for normal usage, however, additional usage may apply.

The unusual freezing temps kept us away from the beach more than anticipated, but the home felt like a little oasis so we didn’t mind! Beautifully updated interior, furniture and decor, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating and beds. The outside is also gorgeous with the landscaping making you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The location is perfect - when it warmed up enough we enjoyed walking on the beach, which is just steps away, to get to the shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave. Izzy’s taco and ice cream stand, our teens’ favorite, is also a short walk in the opposite direction. The pool area was well stocked with lots of seating and lounging options. Our teens really enjoyed the fire pit while my friend and I enjoyed the spa. The manager and owner were very friendly and helpful and responded to questions immediately. The long kitchen table and the living room had lots of seating room and were the perfect spots for game nights. Would love to stay here again!

Great house. Stocked with everything you need. Only a few minute walk from the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kid friendly. Super easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again my next trip to NSB.

Beautiful home, directly across from beach access in a beach home type neighborhood. 10-12 stairs down to beach from the access. Landscaping at home is beautiful and convenient for dogs in the back with fenced in privacy fence. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa-lots of outdoor comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable, loved having ceiling fans in every room. Close drive to nearby restaurants.

Home is lovely. Great amenities and decor. I tend to avoid pet friendly homes as dog hair on furniture and a doggie odor is usually present. This home is immaculate. You would never know a pet had ever been there. Location is near shopping. Only downside was it is on a busy highway. However we never heard traffic inside or back by the pool/patio.

We had an amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach. The house was perfect and had most of the needed items to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great being right across the street from the beach ramp. It was nice having a pool to hang out in after a nice beach day!

Great pool and property

We loved the house and the pool was our main reason for the stay as an alternative to the beach. It was a great getaway and the place had everything we needed. It was close drive to Flagler but the street noise Is a bit loud in the front bedrooms but overall a quiet neighborhood and the noise it not as noticeable in the backyard and Master bedroom.

Beautiful Home

This home exceeded our expectations! It's beautiful and wonderfully furnished and spacious The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The host was very responsive and sent out excellent instructions with video on how to use the spa and heating/air. The beach access was right across the street for a nice morning walk. We will definetly come back on our next Florida trip.

Lovely home exactly as advertised. Backyard and pool are wonderful. House is very well appointed. The cocktail ice-balls from the fridge are awesome. Great location very clean.

The Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gone Coastal. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Beach access was right across the street. The hosts were so quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

Cozy house near beach with pool

Spring Break with family. Perfect location. Close to best restaurants in area. Flagler Avenue not far. One block from NSB. Access with stairs across the street. In ground pool with hot tub my daughter loved. The only caveat is it is located right on busy street, South Atlantic Avenue. Not an issue for us because no small kids. Also, don’t really hear the noise from inside home. All the supplies for kitchen available. The back yard is like a private oasis escape. Property manager was very helpful and communicated well. We had our departure flight cancel and they were very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again!
