When you arrive at this NSB beach house, you'll find plenty of parking available. The garage is 21-feet deep and accommodates two cars; the driveway provides additional parking. Step inside and begin exploring the home's main level on the second floor. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all share an unobstructed view of the ocean horizon.
As you enjoy the gorgeous scenery, unpack your groceries in the updated kitchen. This space boasts of white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. You'll find it well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, a drip coffee maker, and all the essentials you need. Nobody will hesitate to wash dishes as the sink and island look onto the waves. When you're ready to eat, gather at the breakfast bar for 4 or the dining table for 8.
While the kids run off to play, the adults can kick back in the living area or on the balcony. The living room has a chaise couch, two armchairs, and a 4k Ultra HD Smart TV with cable and streaming service apps. Those who love R&R in the fresh air can head to the second-floor balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool below and the beach beyond.
Even with the Atlantic in your backyard, you and yours will spend most afternoons around the oceanfront pool. The home's private pool is 12 x 24 feet making it a great place to cool off from the Florida sun. You'll appreciate how the backyard is fenced in making it safe for children to play. When you're ready to take your sunbathing to the sand, all you have to do is open the gate and walk down the home's boardwalk to the shore.
Ocean Dream resides on the driving beach only a few blocks from the no-drive section. It is less than a 3-minute walk from the oceanfront bar and grille, Chases on the Beach. Your group can relax on the sand, walk to happy hour at Chases, and then walk back to the house to grill out and swim. It is the ideal beach set-up!
In the evenings, everyone can venture downstairs to the media room for fun and games. The media room has a living area with a Smart TV, pool table, ping pong table, dining set, and wet bar with stainless steel appliances. You'll find this is your kids' favorite part of the house!
Ocean Dream has 6-bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Thanks to such a large layout, everyone in your group will have privacy. There are 2 primary suites located on each floor. Both bedrooms have king beds, patio/balcony access, Smart TVs, and adjoining bathrooms with showers.
Near the main-level bedrooms you will find a small sitting area perfect for reading. In addition to the primary suite, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twin bunk beds, and the other has a queen/twin bunk with a trundle.
Downstairs located off the media room is the first-floor primary suite and a second bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom.
Ocean Dream is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a private pool, boardwalk access to the driving beach, a grill, 8 Smart TVs, high-speed internet, a pool table, ping pong table, a washer and dryer on each floor, and a 2-car garage. The home is less than a 3-minute walk to an oceanfront bar (Chases), an upscale restaurant (SoNapa Grille), and a local pizzeria (Manny's Pizza). It is a 4-minute drive from the local grocery store and a 6-minute drive (biking distance!) from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
