Dog Friendly Home w/Private Fenced Yard, Garage & Fire Pit! STEPS to the Beach!

Reside in one of the most tranquil locations of the NSB beachside–mere steps from the sand! This beachy one-of-a-kind 2 bed, 2 bath surf-themed house features all of the creature comforts of home including: a modern fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, large comfy king beds and ample lounging areas throughout! Recharge with a coffee and a good book in the cozy and relaxing shiplap room or soak in some rays in your very own private fenced yard with an inviting fire pit!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Beautiful and clean!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location was perfect, the house was comfy, they had atleast 3 parking spots, it was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our dogs even enjoyed the big backyard:)

Very comfortable and great location.

This duplex has everything you need for a great vacation. It's roomy and comfortable, very clean, and has all the amenities you could need. It's very convenient to the beach and located right at the crosswalk to the beach path.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Just perfect amount of space and comfortable areas to relax. Fenced in back yard and fire pit were a plus!! Accommodations were spotless upon arrival and communication was excellent.

Great place

We had a great time at our stay in NSB! The house was a short walk to the beach, which was doable every day with our two young kids. They even provide a cart with beach toys and chairs that makes hauling everything easier. The house itself is just like the pictures. Very cute and the perfect amount of room for our party- 4 adults and 2 kid. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which looked comfy enough for kids. We ran into a couple of issues that management responded to right away. Helpful hint: if the fire pit doesn’t work at first, keep trying. You may just need to clear out a lizard that crawled in and got stuck! Not a ton of food options walking distance but just 5 minutes away is the downtown with lots of great food. The Third Wave for a nice night out! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to NSB!

Spring Fun

This is the perfect spot to stay. The house was clean with all the amenities you need! A quick walk to the beach and walking distance to a great pizza place! We are looking forward to a return visit next year and staying a little longer! It is the perfect home away from home!!

Wonderful Stay

I had a great stay at this place. The property was exactly as advertised. I loved how clean the house was and the yard was amazing to spend time in. The owners were very responsive and everything I needed was there. I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to New Smyrna.

Perfect NSB stay!

The house is well equipped with beach chairs and cart. Very easy walk to the beach. Perfect for my family. Highly recommend this home, we didn’t have a single complaint or need.

A great fit for our family

The property was immaculate and so comfortable, for us and for our kitties. It had all of the conveniences we could have asked for. The location was great, with the beach a very short walk away and restaurants a very short drive away, and in a quiet area. The booking process was easy and communication was exceptional. Great condo for families and dogs

Our daughter was in surf camp and this condo was the perfect location - right next to 27th street park. Very spacious. We also wanted to check out it to potentially bring our dogs next trip. Big back yard for them. Condo was clean, lots of room and host is very responsive - let us check in early.

Loved it!

This has been one of our favorite vacations rentals. Clean, well stocked and comfy. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed some time around the new fire pit. Beach access is a short walk across the street and the provided beach cart and chairs made it so easy. Conveniently located. We walked to several nearby restaurants including Chase’s on the Beach, Manny’s Pizza and Izzy’s Tacos. There is also a 7 Eleven within walking distance and a Publix within a 2 minute drive. Also, Dan was so friendly and communicated well. Definitely somewhere we’d like to visit again.
