  • Dip your toes in the sand and unwind at Sea Dunes Sandcastle A1, a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront retreat located on a quiet, car free beach in New Smyrna Beach, just minutes from shopping, dining, and local favorites. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by stunning views of the blue Atlantic and easy access to the spacious oceanfront deck, where you can relax, dine in the shade, or step directly onto the soft white sand. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.

    Nestled within the dunes, this unique property showcases beautiful pecky cypress and warm wood finishes that capture the essence of old Florida charm. The open living area is designed to bring the outdoors in, featuring comfortable furnishings, a 60 inch smart TV, and sliders leading to the expansive deck complete with a gas grill and plenty of seating. The oceanfront dining area offers seating for 6, and the fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings.

    The spacious primary suite features a king bed, 60 inch smart TV, and a private bath with a walk in shower, along with access to a Jack and Jill bath that connects to the second bedroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a 45 inch smart TV. A loft space provides additional sleeping with two twin beds and a full bed, making this home a great option for families. A third full bath with a walk in shower is conveniently located in the hallway.

    Additional amenities include cable TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, and all linens are provided. Guests also enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts. Please note, the fireplace is not available for use. Parking is available for two vehicles, with additional parking on a first come, first serve basis near the tennis courts.

Wonderful location

We loved this house. Well stocked with everything, including beach chairs and plenty of towels. The views from the deck were spectacular! There was more than enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Beachside bliss

Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Very private and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen with everything anyone could possibly need. Great tv with comfortable seating. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. I do hope to come back

Our Happy Place

Always happy to return. We used to rent this property from the previous owner. It was nice to see a few improvements. The location is perfect! Large deck with a great view overlooking a quiet beach. Plus all the conveniences of home. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great beach views

We enjoyed staying here. Views were amazing, back deck was amazing, and nice to be right on the beach. Outdoor shower is super handy.. The stairs to the beach were removed when we arrived and we were not told before coming though they showed in the picture when we made reservations. They were actually replaced while we were there and are very nice. Others will enjoy but they were finished a couple hours before we left and there were people around working on it more than one day. The walls are thin between units and the bathrooms are small and need to be remodeled. Everything else was great.

Beachweek 2022

We have been coming to NSB the last week in July for nearly 15 years, almost all of them in Sea Dunes. We loved our stay at Sandcastle A1. We were impressed with the updates and changes the new owner made especially the wonderful beachfront deck. The home was very clean, updated and had all the amenities we needed for a great week. One of the best units in all of Sea Dunes.

It’s right on the beach! Amazing views, huge deck, beautifully decorated, quiet area of the beach, but also close to all the fun!
