  • This 3 story beach house is only steps away from the beach. It is east of A1A. When you aren't at the beach, enjoy the relaxing views on either the 2nd floor or 3rd floor balconies. If raining, there are 2 TVs with DirecTV and streaming apps, plenty of board games and books also to enjoy! Cook full meals in the large kitchen and enjoy around the 8 person dining table or the outdoor dinning set. The neighborhood is peaceful full of friendly home owners and visitors. Looking for fun night life? Flagler avenue is only 1.5 miles away (5 minute drive) and accessible by golf cart if desired.

Great Family Beach Spot

Great location and “beach amenities” for a family flying in. Plenty of chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for adults, teens and kids alike. The ability to rent the golf cart and drive the gear to the beach was great.

Perfect get away

The home is beautiful and Nicole and Clint have it stocked with everything you need! Short walk to the beach and secluded private patio mean that there is no reason to leave. This is definitely a hidden gem!

Beach wedding

Our daughter got married on the beach. This was in just the right location to get to everything we needed to attend and not down in the busy area of NSB. House was perfect for our family. Glad we rented this house.

Wonderful stay, great location

We had a wonderful time and the stay was extremely comfortable! Location was great - easy walk to the beach and there was every beach need you could ask for at the home! The home was very well stocked with anything we needed. Nicole was wonderful to work with and answered any question promptly! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

First trip to NSB

Unfortunately it was a rainy, cool visit but accommodations were comfortable even being inside a bit. Third floor bedroom is a loft style so sounds travel easily from main floor.

Bliss at the Beach

The property was perfect for our family. The layout was great with room for all to have their own space. The back patio was lovely and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The wooden path to the beach was right by our house and the hosts provided all of the beach chairs that we needed, umbrellas and a wagon to carry them. The ocean was a beautiful blue and our grandsons loved the waves. Thank you for providing so many wonderful amenities that made it so easy to have a wonderful vacation and time with loved ones. We are very thankful.

Amazing views and amenities

This beautiful beach house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. They did not miss a thing! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and views of the water from practically every window. The main balcony is relaxing and covered from the sun and the lights at night give it perfect ambiance. Hostess was extremely responsive and the extras were super sweet from a Father’s Day balloon to bubbles for our 9 year old, snacks and wine. First Airbnb that had sharp knives for cooking! A++++ Thank you Nicole for a perfect Father’s Day stay!

Steps to the beach

Check in process was easy and simple. Location to the beach is about five steps, host has excellent communication, plenty of beds for everyone and 3 bathrooms. No bugs no dust no spiderwebs. Every time I sent the host a message she answered me instantly. I would have been good with a couple of hours for a response but no, she answered me within minutes every single time. She’s very nice and helpful.

Great stay!

My adult children and I enjoyed our stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach! The space was roomy and attractively decorated. There were also lots of amenities (They thought of everything!) which made the stay super comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Location and convenience

Literally step out the door to the ocean!

Mother's Day weekend memories were made in this beautiful, well equipped and stocked home. It was obvious a lot of thought was put into the comfort of the guests - with baby items such as pack n play and high chair plus plenty of towels, comfortable beds, everything to cook a meal in the kitchen (spices in the cabinet too), grill out back in the beautiful fenced area with outdoor shower, anything you can imagine for the beach such as chairs, umbrella, toys, beach towels, boogie boards, laundry room, bathrooms stocked with everything you need... Not to mention the very best location. I definitely recommend booking your vacation at this home for yourself or family. The hosts are very nice and want you to enjoy your stay. We can not wait to book this one again in the future!
