Completamente rinnovato nel 2018 con ogni amenità immaginabile inclusa !! 4 TV (una sul balcone), DVD, impianto stereo, Wi-Fi in tutta l'unità, frigo vino, lavatrice e asciugatrice HE in unità e top della linea di elettrodomestici tra cui lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè Keurig e forno a microonde! Le opinioni di questa particolare unità sono semplicemente stupefacenti. Godetevi le viste panoramiche ininterrotte dall'iconico ponte levatoio al ponte sulla strada rialzata sud, le viste del tramonto sono incredibilmente belle! Non passa giorno che non vedrai i delfini in gioco, insieme a lamantini e barche di tutte le dimensioni che passano! L'unità stessa è arredata con mobili di fascia alta e arredamento per trasportarvi in quel paradiso fluviale perfetto. Camera da letto principale ha bagno privato con ampia cabina doccia e zona vanità separata più cabina armadio extra large. La camera da letto principale ha doppi cursori che conducono al balcone che permette di ammirare splendide viste d'acqua direttamente dal letto! La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli e una zona ufficio. Questa camera offre anche un bagno privato attraverso la porta in stile fienile. Ci sono giochi da tavolo, libri da colorare, giochi di carte e altro ancora in questa camera da letto! L'isola di Bouchelle è situata in posizione centrale tra il ristorante e i quartieri dello shopping di Flagler Avenue e Canal Street a New Smyrna Beach. Avrai accesso a TUTTI sui servizi del sito: shuffleboard, tennis, palestra, campo da golf a 18 buche e putt, passerella di 1/2 miglia con stazione di pesca e pulizia, 2 piscine riscaldate e vasche idromassaggio, aree grigliate, club house con attività e l'uso del nostro kayak e paddle board. TUTTE le utilità incluse + cavo, Internet e linea telefonica domestica inclusi! Comodo accesso a questa unità con ascensore passi dalla porta d'ingresso e parcheggio direttamente di fronte all'edificio. Meravigliosi ricordi saranno fatti con un soggiorno a Bouchelle Island !!

Awesome, relaxing time, at the beautiful condo

My BF and I loved our stay at this beautiful property. Why? Because we love the gorgeous view from the balcony. You can see not only a parade of boats, but you can see birds and dolphins everyday. The sunsets were amazing, with different tones of red and violet colors. The condo had everything we need and more. New Smyrna and the condo premises have a lot to offer. We took advantage of all as much as we could (we were walking as well). We went to the pool, spa, walked at the boardwalk. The people who live at the condo are so friendly. We went to the NS beach a few times, saw a rocket launching from the beach, walked through shops and bars, and rented a boat for half a day. CJ, the rental manager, was just a text away. Thanks so much!! We are definitely going to try to come again, perhaps once a year. We highly recommend this property!! Again, thanks so much! Best regards, Sonia and Joe.

Christmas at Bouchelle Island

We had a fabulous visit. The property is beautiful. The condo is very nicely decorated and has amazing views. We loved watching the boats and dolphins.

Fantastic dog friendly condo with beautiful view

My husband and I just returned from a week in this lovely condo. Just as pictured and described except the main bedroom has a KING bed not queen. The owners have spared no expense in furnishing and stocking the place. Although not on the ocean, it is wonderful to watch the dolphins arrive each evening. One night they even put on a show with two babies jumping 6-8 feet out of the water. This condo is located a very short drive to New Smyrna beach and close to many beach restaurants. Less than a mile from Publix grocery store and Mon Dolice, a French bakery that has been in New Smyrna for years with great pastries and sub sandwiches. My husband and I, along with our dog, had a relaxing stay and will definitely return if heading to New Smyrna.

Beautifully renovated condo on Intercoastal

We spend at least 2 weeks in NSB every year. We find staying on the Intercoastal much more relaxing then on the ocean. The dolphins are almost always out along with jumping fish, boats, etc. The condo is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with many personal touches. Advertised as having queen bed in master, which almost turned us off of renting it, but it is a very comfortable king. Our only disappointment was that we were asked to leave by 9am instead of 11 because there was back to back rentals. Understandable, but we missed our last morning on the beach. Quick 3-5 minute drive to the beach. Near Norwoods, our favorite restaurant. Will def rent this unit again! Thanks Carrie!

Absolutely Wonderful

We were greeted with a thank you note and gifts...the place was extremely clean and had all the newest of appliances and two bedroom and two bathrooms were great. We were able to watch the boats and dolphins from the enclosed balcony which had furnishings of chesterfield and tables with a TV ..among other rooms which toted TVs one in almost every room. There was 4 .. I can not say enough about this condo. Carrie was a wonderful hostess, and came over to run through all the questions that we had.. The heated pool and hot tub was great to get into and my husband enjoyed going out for bicycle ride. We totally recommend this place. Thanks Carrie , for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful Place

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo on Bouchelles Island. The view was amazing. Dolphins were constantly swimming by, the boats were fun to watch, and this condo was extremely comfortable and well decorated. I will definitely come back! Such a special place! Five stars hands down!

Beautiful view of intracoastal waterway, very clean, and lovely coastal decor

We loved watching boats of all kinds, dolphins, birds, and the beautiful sunset from the property and from the boardwalk just steps from the property. Fishing was great and the dock conveniently has several fish cleaning stations and high seats for a good view. Kayaking was a highlight and a nice amenity! The heated pool was clean and peaceful as well as the hot tub. While we didn't take advantage of the pitch and put, we wish we had as it was well maintained. Days on the beach were wonderful as the beach sand is soft and the beach is flat while also offering a view of numerous surfers. The New Smyrna Dunes, close by, were also a treat! The condo has an elevator for those in need and has a lovely kitchen with high quality appliances and surfaces. The decor was updated and beautiful. The owner thought of every detail!
