FLAT Lakefront Home at Summer Breeze w/ Private Dock & Kayaks & Paddle Boards

FLAT Lakefront home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the inside of the dock in one of the slips.

The Space:
-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over.

Rates are as follows:

Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes.

-There are 2 Kayaks & 1 Paddle Boards included with the rental (Guests will need to bring their own life jackets)

-The home is located on Summer Breeze on a peaceful cove right behind Straight Creek Boat Dock in a long no wake zone that takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get out of to the main channel of the lake. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water.

-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, high speed Fiber WIFI, & smart tv's throughout the entire house w/ Youtube TV for up to 3 TV’s simultaneously. There is also a detached building behind the house that has a separate living space that is included in the rental!

-There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock! The dock does not have power currently


Guest Access:
The entire house is available & no more than 6 cars allowed at the property.

Other Things to Note:
-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-6 Car max limit
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Indoor Fireplace is for owners use only
-Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-WIFI is High Speed Fiber & cable is through Youtube TV.
