The best thing about this small hotel is the location. You’re right on a side street near Times Square. The rooms are average size in comparison to most hotels but probably big as far as New York standards.
The hotel doesn’t have many amenities, not even coffee but of course you’re surrounded by restaurants and shops.
I originally booked this place because I read a review that it’s not in the middle of Times Square so away from the noise. That was incorrect statement. Every night it was a bit hard to sleep with the loud noise coming from outside. Sirens, people shouting, music, cars horns… you name it we hear it.
The cleaning crew don’t do a good job. When we arrived there was No hand soap for 2 days, no body wash and the bathroom floors and carpet smelled a bit. It has the smell of wet dog.
We ordered DoorDash two days in a row, 2nd day the food was dropped at the front counter and the staff couldn’t even bother to call us to tell us we had a delivery.
Overall, my stay was not great or terrible but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids.
