“It was a perfect place to stay. All the amenities were free- sailing, kayaking, pickle ball, foosball, free boat ride to see the seals and breakfast buffet was great (except a bit cold and lack of refills later at the end) Excellent view from our room. Will definitely go back”

“Not as advertised; teeny. The photos made it look spacious. The front yard was being raked and seeded for grass when we arrived so there were broken branches on our path. The deck, table and chairs had not been cleaned and we're dirty and covered with leaf litter. The room had no comfy chair, only a floor lamp with a bare bulb. No hooks for hanging anything and no coat hangers. We left to find another place to stay and have been promised a refund that has not come through. Very disappointed!”

“We had 2 rooms for 2 Nights in August 2026. A first-floor room and a second-floor room. Both were in very good condition. Beds were comfortable, no bugs, plumbing. AC and everything else in room worked well. Would stay there again.”

“Extremely good formula for an ocean view, modern interior, inn on the Bay. Shout out for Jersey, the general manager, who cannot do enough for you. great creative host! There is an enormous kitchen with everything you could want, and it is shared with about four other rooms or so. This keeps the room sizes very large as there is no need for a kitchenette in the room with few features. Great place..........”

“Posto incantevole e personale cortese. la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione almeno per quanto riguarda le camere poste nel blocco fronte mare. Dal bagno della nostra camera (105) proveniva un odore terribile, purtroppo l'hotel era pieno e non é stato possibile cambiare camera. Peccato perché il posto é bellissimo, in mezzo alla natura e di fronte al mare che é talmente piatto da sembrare un lago.
