The space
Step into a tastefully decorated living space where comfort meets style.

The living room invites you to unwind on plush sofas after a day of exploring the city. A flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure you stay entertained and connected.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen.

Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring luxurious memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 1: Retreat to a spacious haven with a king-sized memory foam bed. Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV or catch up on work at the convenient desk.

Bedroom 2: Perfect for individuals or a cozy setup for two, this room offers a twin bed and a roll-away twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. You will walk-through this bedroom to enter bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3: Experience elegance and comfort in the queen-sized memory foam bed. This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a desk for any work or creative endeavors.

The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

**Do not book this property** unless you are prepared to stay in a dirty, roach-infested space.This place is cockroach-infested and extremely dirty. There were dirty pans left out with old food, which likely contributed to the infestation. When we turned on the kitchen light, at least 30 cockroaches scattered. We found dead roaches in the living room and live ones on the curtains.Additionally, the stairs and front gate felt unsafe.We contacted the host to explain that we could not stay due to these conditions. His response was that the place had been cleaned the day before and asked if we wanted him to send someone immediately. This is not something a quick cleaning could fix—this is a clear infestation.We had to urgently find a hotel for our family of four, which was stressful and disruptive. This experience was a complete disaster. **Do not book this property** unless you are prepared to stay in a dirty, roach-infested space.

We were lucky to book this property on last minute as we had a property booked that was cancelled by the previous host 2 days before our arrival to NYC. The property is large and comfortable for a large group of people. Koffi, our host, was very helpful, he provided the check-in instructions on time and was available even late night one day when we needed his help. Cleanliness of the property, specifically in the living room (under the sofa cushions) to be improved and the front gate is broken, needing fixing. Kitchen utensils like a pasta strainer would have been good to have available. There's no assigned parking spot if you come by car, but there's free available parking that you can find nearby, being mindful of the parking timings. Bus stop is located very close, so easy to take public transport if you go to Manhattan. I can recommend the property for a short stay in New Jersey. Thanks for your help as host, Koffi!
