Welcome to this beautiful modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home! Located in a safe family-oriented neighborhood with extra privacy on a cul-de-sac. Close to freeways and major cities. Large backyard with a pool. Great for commuting around the Bay Area. Two car garage, free Wifi (600mbps plan), spacious work space, and washer/dryer available. Relax in this spacious home full of amenities.

This home is great for professionals, families, and groups of all backgrounds!

**There is a detached studio unit on the property that is currently being rented on a long-term basis to a single male occupant. Backyard space is NOT shared with the occupant. Please do no disturb.

**Parking:
Two car garage parking. Driveway parking and free street parking also available. If you are planning on having more than 5 vehicles, please inquiry.

Single level home contains kitchen, two living areas, dining area, two bathrooms, four bedrooms. All bedrooms have a private patio door with access to the backyard and pool and blackout blinds. Large backyard space with pool.

No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.

House Rules:
Quiet hours after 10 P.M.
No parties/events (this includes no additional set-ups of bounce houses)
No smoking inside the home(outside is OK)
No pets ($500 fine)
No additional guests on property
No shoes in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are all carpet so I kindly ask no shoes be worn to ensure cleanliness for you and future guests. Thank you.

**By proceeding with the reservation, you are complying to swimming at your own risk. Please make sure all minors are accompanied by an adult. Any use of the slide or diving board are used at your own risk. Weight limits for the slides and diving board are 100 lbs at a time. Please do not exceed the weight limits. Thank you.

We had a great experience and loved the house and area around. Only bad thing is that the slide is broken and unusable, and so is the diving board. Otherwise, great property and great host.

Nice house, great pool

We had a great time. House is nice, can use a little tlc, but it was clean and spacious. Garden and pool were great. Communication with owner was very good!

Awesome stay!

The house is spacious with a layout that worked perfect for us. The pool was awesome to have for the kids and Richard was extremely responsive. Really can’t say enough. Would love to stay here again.

So much potential

This was a wonderful home. Communication was easy and quick. This house has a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to coming back and seeing the improvements. The bedrooms are spaced out wonderfully for large groups who don't want to spend every moment with each other. They each have aassive closet system and a door to the pool area. We had 3 younger (under 5) children and I was concerned about them getting put to the pool while no one was looking, since there isn't a gate for the pool. Each door locks but more every time a door opens a small chime goes off, not loud and annoying but something I picked up on quickly and stayed attuned to the whole time. The kitchen was very comfortable to move around in with multiple people. The beds were all very comfortable. There was more than enough towels and bed changes for the whole trip and for my crew who were in the pool and showering that's a huge deal. The area was very quite and lovely. There is a large park right behind the house. Having a 2 car garage was a major plus! This house does have its flaws but I'm sure they will be addressed over time. Such as some of the plugs don't work and the pools slide and diving board are old and need to be replaced and or removed. Having a tenant living on the property didn't bother us when we booked the home, but there were a few minor bugs to the situation. They property is listed as a non smoking but their smoking area is right next to the pool, and they walk by 3 large windows that we kept open the first few days but when they walked by they would look in, we live in the country so aren't used to that. We just kept the blinds closed on that side of the house for the rest of the trip. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

Best Host and Vacation Spot

Me and my whole family had the best experience of staying in this property. Love the pool and the house is very clean. The host Richard is really nice and easy to talk to. He respond right away and if there's any issue he shows up and fix things up. I really loved our stay in this place.
