“This centrally located hotel is perfect for a trip in or around Morpeth. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms were large and spacious, and the beds comfortable and clean. The rooms and public areas would benefit from some decoration as they detract from the fantastic customer service the staff offers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area”

“Decent, but in need of a make over. Note there the location is a 4/5G black spot and WiFi in the seems to be suffering from the same lack of coverage. Rooms are dated and i fought the thermostat for a week to keep 21 degrees in the room, I lost…”

“Std holiday inn type. I stayed for work purpose. Out of the center, close to airport. Silent, very comfortable bed. Quite good breakfast”

“Think we stayed in room 61 or 62 on the 2nd floor. Nice layout of the room, big bathroom. When we looked out of the window we could see St Mary's Lighghouse which was lovely. The window didn't close properly so there was a big draught blowing through, but the heating was on most of the night so I wasn't cold. I mentioned the problem to the receptionist who said she'd pass it on to the maintenance team. Cheap and cheerful hotel, stayed there 3 times this year already”

“Absolutely amazing staff, went above and beyond. When my car wouldn’t start they purchased jump leads to get me started, and ensured I got back on the road asap. Shelley bent over backwards and couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend staying at The Waterford. Top marks, 10 of of 10.”
