“Lovely place to stay and super friendly staff!”

“Wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. A special shout-out to the entire reception staff for being welcoming throughout our stay. A huge thank to Helena for her outstanding and professionalism. We will definitely be back.”

“Very basic, tired. The staff were incredibly helpful even though they are not employed by the hotel”

“Great hotel and friendly staff. Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information”

“Super staff and very good breakfast included, definitely my go to hotel in Leamington Spa.”

“Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE”

“Hotel con pub-ristorante piacevole e con stile. Camera tripla accogliente nello stile e con bagno ampio. Letto matrimoniale non molto grande. Ottima colazione (compresa) e cena di buon livello (buona soluzione a Warwick). Parcheggio privato all'interno dell'ippodromo, a pochi metri dall'hotel!”

“L'albergo è nuovo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area.”

“The annex was an excellent size for us and had everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to the room is a great idea. In walking distance of Warwick Uni.”

“The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested.”
