Appartamenti a Newbury

“Clean and neat apartment in the middle of town. Easy walking wherever you want to go.”

“This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value.”

“This location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to be down town. We were able to walk everywhere, shopping and restaurants. I accidentally locked myself out of my room at night and the host responded right away to help me get in using the key pad. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Very unique place right in the heart with f Newburyport!”

“Great place to stay—loved the renovations, it was very clean and had an exclusive side entrance for coming & going. I would definitely stay there again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Highly recommend it and it’s in a wonderful location.”

“Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and check-out was just as seamless. The vacation rental was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Osvaldo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant experience!”

“Great attic apartment above a quaint New England multifamily home with a beautiful yard, trees, and a very cool old-timey external spiral staircase within blocks of restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the river.Excellent for family or even two couples!”

“It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel . ”

“Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.”

“We really liked the room and location. It was clean and felt safe. The individual managing the property responded to our needs and questions in a timely and respectful manner. However we did not like dealing with Vrbo and the fee for having to rebook. We are seniors who sometimes have to change plans due to medical issues. Vrbo makes this difficult with the high fee. It was our first time dealing with Vrbo and we will not use this booking service again. Hopefully there is another way to book...

“Great place, just as advertised. Host gave us tips and tricks for the neighborhood ”

“Difficult getting access. The email they sent went to junk so it took ages to find how to get into the property. The room was much smaller than it looked on the photos. Not much noise insulation in the property so you could hear other residents. Parking we got lucky but it could’ve been difficult. Great location but property very disappointing”

“A small group of friends and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved our stay here. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we had been looking for. Collin was very welcoming when we had arrived and made sure we settled in comfortably. We would definitely book here again :)”

“The place was so cute and super clean! Loved how anything you needed was there! Host was super responsive too! Thanks for hosting us! I would definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit called, "Turtle Cove" which was great. The unit was very clean and modern. The location really can't be beat; an easy walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach NH. Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon.”
