Welcome to Casa Del Mare! A beautifully styled, stunningly renovated, Plum Island dream home perfectly located being just steps to the beach, basin, bars and restaurants! With three bedrooms, it comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee filled with ocean views from the primary bedroom balcony, your days at the beach, and evenings filled with yard games in the fenced-in backyard. Book now to secure the perfect coastal New England getaway.

PLEASE NOTE:

These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Plum Island is a traditional coastal New England vacation destination, close to downtown Newburyport’s historic architecture, boutique shopping, upscale and family friendly dining and pubs.

Getting Around:
Only 49 steps to the beach! Easy walking distance to all Plum Island restaurants and shops. 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport, and nearest grocery store and drug stores.

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. House exactly as expected

The house was just as pictured. We loved the second floor deck for happy hour and views of the ocean. All conveniences were there. Beds were comfy; linens generous. Dining table was big enough for our family of seven.
