“Loved this stay. Affordable, clean, quiet. It’s a bit far for a direct walk to downtown but there’s a bus stop right nearby, and we didn’t mind getting the extra walking in so mad the walk multiple times anyways. The campus is gorgeous, you can walk by the River and get a nice view of a castle. Campus wasn’t busy at all.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for somewhere affordable. I’ll probably be staying here whenever I’m in the city in the future.”

“Castlehacket House is an amazing place in a very lovely, but remote location. We were very well taken care of in a beautiful room with a lovely breakfast the next day. The hosts took care of all the guests at breakfast with a very personable service and it is somewhere I would not hesitate to return too.”

“The room was clean, parking was an adequate. The entrance and how you check in is a bit strange. Especially with a crowded bar and restaurant!! The WiFi didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work therefore NO tv. Quite surprised with a pub close to downstairs the room was quite.”

“I loved my room at the Woodquay. It was so cozy and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and check in and check out was very easy.
It is a very short walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and other places to go, like the Latin Quarter, the Long Walk and surrounding area.
I would definitely stay there again and totally recommend it for others. ”
