“The room we were given did not have a bathroom attached to it, the bathroom was in the hall with a sign “only for room 2” but there was nothing stopping others from using our bathroom. The bathroom smelt terrible. The room was much smaller than described, the building was confusing, parked in front of the cafe because we weren’t sure where else to park, we never got a wifi password even after messaging and asking. Room was clean though.”

“Location Is great, just in the middle of the city life. The room was really small as expected (that was not an issue), but it needed a few more tools to organize stuff, especially in the bathroom (something for toothbrushes, for example). Shower was amazing.”

“The Fork restaurant is very good, no matter what’s on the menu you won’t be disappointed. Staff is always kind with a smile on their face they make you feel at home. The room is cleaned equipped with everything you may need. Location is perfect just a 15min on foot from Galway city centre and no worries with the car park. I strongly recommend this hotel. From my experiences everything was perfect, my third time in there and for sure not the last one I’ll be back when I Galway.”

“The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called .
However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

“Room was maybe 12’x12’, bathroom 3’x7’, good shower, sink really slow to drain, unless you’re small, no room to sit straight on the toilet, self check-in ok, bed adequate. No washcloths but there were two towels. Price was attractive and if you’re just looking for an “ok” crash pad, this works. Having a kitchen and full size refrigerator was nice.”
