“Excellent characterful hotel. Our large room was in the Stable Block, and was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We would very much recommend and would certainly stay again when next visiting Shrewsbury. “Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced.”
