➞ Bedroom 1 is a king size bed, bedroom 2 is a standard double bed and bedroom 3 is a small double bed.

➞The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep!

➞ The house offers premium quality high thread count fresh white linen for you to sink into after a long day of working, or leisure.

➞ We provide linen, towels as well as tea & coffee to make your mornings more enjoyable.

➞ The house is fully equipped and furnished.

➞ Cooking for friends and family or preparing a snack for yourself is so easy thanks to our separate kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans and crockery.

➞ The space offers a comfortable living area which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the TV or enjoying a meal on the convenient dining table.

➞ The super fast WiFi in the house is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from the house.

➞ The entire house is yours to enjoy, you won't be sharing with any other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the outskirts of Newcastle, the city centre is still easily accessed within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the house. St James' Park is just a 10 minute drive away.

Getting Around:
It is a 20 minute bus journey into central Newcastle with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are a number of amenities, including bars and supermarkets in the local area surrounding the property. It's a 10 minute drive to St James' Park. Free parking is available at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

For security reasons:

Be wary of this property. We could never get a key to check in. Communication was extremely delayed. We spent so much time trying to check in and then ended up at a hotel that took even more time!! What we thought would be a pleasant stay with a washer half way through it Europe trip caused stress and time delays.
