Excellent value apartment Only quibble is that the key card had to be held in a certain way (definitely not up against the door sensor) to open the doors! Be aware that the Hotel is not named at the door so could be tricky to find at night

Very good stay at this hotel great location to York Centre everything within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast with plenty of options for £12 a day and on site parking for £10 a day plus good wifi . They are gradually refurbishing the rooms so some minor attention needed to repairs and bit more attention to cleaning and be full 5 stars. That said I would still stay here as it is now due to its location and excellent staff the small issues mentioned would not spoil your stay.

"We liked everything about it but had problems at the dinner we ate there which we think were down to staff errors . The food service was very slow and our main course took 1 hour 30 mins from arrival . The manager did what she could by reducing the cost for us"

"We travelled by train, trasped with our heavy suitcase through the pouring rain to the hotel and asked, not for an early check-in, we were a good three hours early, just simply for somewhere to leave our case so that we could go out and explore. It was a resounding no. Consequently, we didn't spend ..."
