Ritiro autunnale nel porto di Linville Land!

Questo accogliente e romantico cottage ristrutturato è disponibile tutto l'anno. Si trova nella desiderabile comunità di Land Harbor a Linville, NC e nelle splendide Blue Ridge Mountains. È perfetto per una coppia, una piccola famiglia o un viaggiatore singolo.

Come nostri ospiti, potrai godere di tutto ciò che la nostra comunità ha da offrire, tra cui un campo da golf a 18 buche (a pagamento), nuoto, pesca, campi da tennis, shuffleboard e molto altro! La comunità è fantastica anche per camminare. Oppure, se preferisci, puoi semplicemente sederti sul ponte o davanti al camino e goderti un bicchiere di vino o un buon libro.

La cabina è completamente arredata, con tutte le lenzuola e tutto il necessario per la cucina. Ci sono diversi negozi di alimentari nelle vicinanze e molti ristoranti sono a breve distanza in auto a Newland, Banner Elk e Boone. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice in cabina e siamo dotati di cavo e internet.

The house was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was a relaxing place to stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. We had a great stay!

Cute Neighborhood

We absolutely adored the property, however for 2 older women, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. We looked around and never found any other rolls… also, the fridge was off. We put food in it and it seemed to be on when we got there, however several hours later found our ice cream melted and the fridge was not on. Would have been good to have had a warning for that. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay. Beds comfy, quiet, and serene.

Great Place for a Cozy Visit

The property was very Cozy. It was well maintained for a well-established property. The flexibility of living space was welcomed and plenty of amenities. The space heaters were welcomed although well used and probably need an upgrade soon.

Great place for our one-night stay

Comfortable cottage for our one night stay. The beds were a little on the firm side and we did see a couple of spiders but overall this was a great place for our short stay, with everything we needed at hand, and the host was quick to communicate. Thank you!!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. This cottage had everything we needed for our weekend. Great location within Linville Land Harbor and also close to so many hikes this area has to offer.

Okay. Incomplete listing info

Nice house in a great location. Seemed to be a retirement community. Wish I had been told more in advance about the 6 day out golfing sign up. Notifed 4 days out so I wasn't able golf, which was one of the reasons I choose to stay here. Pool closes at 6pm during the summer which was strange, but it's a retirement community so I get it. The QR code for the pool didn't work and I was hassled by the staff for 20 minutes trying to get my kids in the pool. Only able to swim for 30 minutes due to it closing at 6pm. We went once due to that. Owner was quick to respond to the issue, but still not a good experience. Probably will not stay here again due to inaccurate listing info and issues at the pool and not able to golf.

Unique vacation spot in wonderful location

My family of 4 enjoyed this quaint house during our stay in the mountains. Our only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer! The narrow roads in the neighborhood made my husband a little nervous, but thankfully we never met anyone on the road. Loved the view from the deck and the two living spaces.

As advertised -- and more!

was told that there is no heat. we definitely tested that theory - weather outside in 20's, but totally warm inside. place was very close to everything, and so much cleaner that the last one we rented in Linville. p.s. oven could use a 'little touchup'

I loved our choice!

I loved our choice! 😍 The location is in a calm, silent, and easily accessible place. Close to tourist attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants, Super cozy, clean and we had absolutely all we needed during our stay. We had happy moments and it was extremely pleasant!

Quiet Getaway

Nice area, quiet away from the crowds on the BRP. Enjoyed the gas log fireplace after a day of hiking or over coffee. Host is very responsive.
