“ I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. “Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.”

"Good option in Umhlanga rocks. Things which could be improved easily: - more careful room service (one day room was done by the housekeeping and the towel replacement was not provided, I had to call to have them back) - I had to ask for the shower mat and it disappeared again the following day. Looks like it’s not part of the standard provision - the sustainability policy for towels is just on the paper. Even if I left them hanging for reuse, these have been changed daily. Last, one bottle of water could be added in the room at least at the arrival as a courtesy. "
