“Siamo stati in questo Hotel per ben 6 notti, all'arrivo alle 13.15 ci comunicano che il check in era possibile solo a partire dalle 14.00, dico nessun problema e mi reco a pranzo nel ristorante della struttura. Alle ore 14.30 mi reco di nuovo in reception e mi comunicano che la stanza non è ancora pronta perchè l'addetta delle pulizie non era passata quel giorno, inoltre mi comunicano che l'area condizionata è fuori servizio cosa non piacevole nel caldo di gennaio. Armati di pazienza aspettiamo...

“Oh how lovely to be in a creative environment and enjoy the lovely pottery pieces all over the property. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. We were so appreciative to be able to use the washing machine too. There are some lovely restaurants a 5 min walk away in Second Avenue. We will definitely be back next year on our return to Cape Town.”
