“For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“The stay was fine. They charge an additional $59 a day deposit which wasn’t mentioned in the Expedia description so that was weird. We asked the front and they explained they get a lot of people who trash the rooms. Not to big of a deal. It is $30 a day to park which seemed like a lot since we could’ve parked at the airport for cheaper tbh. The breakfast was good. Staff good.”

“The premises are well kept, with just a few potential renovations needed, but excellent overall. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and relatively silent, considering that I was on floor level in front of the main street. Breakfast was abundant and varied.”

“Room smelled very musty, bedding smelled like it just come out of storage, bathroom sink spewed water in every direction, in room coffee pot had never been cleaned, parking was inconvenient, locked gates restricted access. Do not recommend without significant improvements.”

“Nice place to stay. The only negative is the parking fee. If we stay in Orange County, we look to stay in other Ayres hotels that provide free parking and/or free breakfast.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very attentive. They accommodated all of our requests and everyone showed such kindness to me and my husband. We ate at the restaurant more than once and the food and service were excellent. The room was nice and comfortable and the lake behind the property made for a really nice view. I highly recommend this property. It’s also well situated within walking distance of restaurants and also close to shopping.”
