BEACH BLISS - PASSAGGI PER LA SABBIA - A / C, biciclette e parcheggio, REMODEL TOTALE

Questo duplex è stato completamente rinnovato dal pavimento al soffitto. Ogni unità ha ingressi totalmente separati (unità al piano di sopra e al piano inferiore). Entrambe le unità hanno 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, in modo da avere 6 camere da letto in tutto. C'è un garage / posto auto coperto per 2 auto - 2 set di lavatrici / asciugatrici e tutto l'equipaggiamento da spiaggia di cui avrai bisogno, inclusi 8 incrociatori da spiaggia e 3 biciclette per bambini per fare un giro sul lungomare. L'unità al piano di sopra ha un patio più grande con costruito nel ponte e panchina, barbecue e un sacco di spazio per appendere i vostri asciugamani. Il patio al piano di sotto è un po 'più piccolo, ma ha anche una panchina e un barbecue. La camera da letto principale al piano di sotto ha bagno / bagno e lavatrice / asciugatrice. La proprietà è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (nessuna vista sulla spiaggia dall'interno della casa, ma se passi fuori è possibile vedere la sabbia e l'oceano). Questa è un'ottima posizione, vicino a tutto in bicicletta oa piedi ma non troppo vicino al caos dei moli.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were together with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were very comfortable with each room having it's own air conditioning unit.The kitchens were well stocked. We also enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, chairs for the beach and beach toys! The location was great being only a few minutes walk from the beach. I am sure we will be back!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was close to the beach which is a must for us. It was clean and had everything we could have needed. We love staying at homes that think of the extras: beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Great communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time here. We love it!

This property has everything you need. No need to bring anything. Every room is comfortable with its own TV and A/C unit. Umbrellas, chairs, bikes, beach towels, washer and dryer. The best part of course is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood has a quiet policy from 9 pm to 8 am which makes for a peaceful, quiet stay as well. I recommend this place highly!

Perfect property with LOTS of amenities

We travel quite a bit and stay in rentals and hotels and this is one of the best well-stocked places we have ever been to. It made packing and prepping for the trip SO easy. It's about a block from the beach - meaning we all felt comfortable sending our kids by themselves (ages 10 to 16). Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Great communication with owner. If we plan another beach trip for our family, we would choose this place again!

Fabulous place to stay!!

We could not have been happier staying here. We rented both units and it was perfect. It looked newly remodeled, was very clean, fully stocked with all the things! Soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for dishes and laundry, a plethora of beach towels, all things fun for the beach, bikes, surf boards, wet suits, beach chairs, etc!..and located just a very short walk to the beach. Our group had a blast!! Thanks for putting so much work into making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend!!

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

This was a perfect location for a larger group stay! Our group really enjoyed this home in Newport Beach for our experiential learning high school student's project week! The home was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating to our large group!! Would definitely come back again!!

It’s a Gem!

14 of my family members stayed at this beach house. This place had everything you need and more. Great location. Safe and clean neighborhood. High quality beds. A garage spot for two cars which was great! We played at beach. Tons of chairs and supplies to haul down to the beach. Plus all the beach towels are provided. It really helped to not have to pack all these sort of things. Plus, my kids were able to try out surfing for the first time. We utilized the bikes in the garage a lot too. A favorite discovery was the donut shop walking distance away that was open 24-7. Amazing pastries! I will add that the owners are quick to respond, very clear with their expectations, and are super accommodating if needed. I would work with them again, hands down! We are a clean, fun group who valued this quality place to enjoy at the end of September.

Just as described!

All 16 of us girls slept comfortably! B unit was nice that both bathrooms were down the hall and not connected to a bedroom. There was a washer and dryer in the master in the A unit, but also in the locked garage area. While we didn't use them, the house had sooo much stuff for the beach. This house would be great for a family reunion or two families wanting to travel together.

The most awesome experience for my family!

This property was absolutely amazing. It had EVERYTHING you can imagine. And I mean EVERYTHING. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, surfboards, towels, chairs, and a wonderful wagon with huge wheels to make it easy to maneuver in the sand. Check-in and instructions were flawless. Lisa is super easy to talk to and very attentive. My family used the entire unit up and down and we stayed 10 days so the laundry was a must, and both units came with one. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy. We cooked about 1/2 of the time and we had all the appliances and cookware that we needed without being too much. We loved the outdoor space on the top floor. We kept inside after quiet hours and made plenty of reasonable noise so it's not like you have to whisper. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance of just about everything. We loved having Handel's ice cream and donuts from City and Seashore donuts. We all rode bikes to the pier and took the ferry over to the island and felt very safe doing so. It was so amazing and was like a dream vacation for all of us. My kids can't even believe the awesomeness of everything. Once we all save enough money, we will be back. Thank you Lisa for everything. There are not enough words to express how much we loved everything! Worth every penny!

Great place to stay.

Wonderful location. Less than a minute walk to the sand. A nice leisurely 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the Newport pier. The units are great. A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Units come with lots of beach toys and beach equipment...bikes, chairs, boards and wet suits. I can't say enough about Lisa Li. She made the whole experience a joy. Check in and check out, flawless. She wants her tenants to enjoy their stay and have a great time in her properties. Thanks Lisa.

Loved it!

We were looking for a place where we could be by the beach and near Disneyland. This was a perfect location! Lisa was very responsive to all questions. We can't say enough about how great it was to have bicycles, wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. available. This was a driving factor in our decision making and it was perfect for our group. Loved it!

Great Location, good for two families

The proximity to the beach was great. It’s an easy walk for little kids. The beach is very clean and far enough away from the pier to be quiet. The playground is directly across the street. The house was clean, well outfitted, and comfortable. We would definitely come again.

Lisa was a wonderful host, and we all had a great time at her lovely two unit home! No complaints on our end. It was clean, easy check in and check out, and the perfect location for a getaway to Newport Beach. Definitely recommend!
